June OOC Intro

Yes! His name is Narvin and he's from a series of Big Finish audio plays (which means that not many people have heard of him, alas). But yeah, bossy bureaucratic control freak and the opposite of charming. He's the head of the Celestial Intervention Agency and has a history of putting genocide buttons on alien planets because you just can't trust the "lesser races." Although he mellows out a little in later seasons. Just a little.
