He probably could do with some serious distraction, going to the market didn't seem intense enough for him. However, he could pick up a few things from the store to go along with his projects. Who knew, maybe they'll run into something dangerous and he could exert some of his pent up energy into stomping the daylights out of it. Violence was something he thought about a lot as well. He often looked around himself for possible weapons, ways out as in escape routes, and danger signs. Part of the paranoia.
