The normal effects of exuo would be coupled with how the dream might make the character feel. If they have the lighter, happier dream, and exuo, which can make a person feel paranoid or irrational/cranky, the feelings would contradict so the character might feel extremely off. If they have the other dream, then the exuo could exasperate the already tense feelings (you could have the character react pretty negatively).
