[Yusuke's used to living in...let's say, "less than stellar" living arrangements. He's done so virtually all his life- the dorm rooms in his school are, sadly, a vast improvement over the actual shack he grew up in. That being said, neither of those two places ever sprung a leak bad enough to cause a flood like this.
He frowns disapprovingly down at the water- not too keen on the idea of having to spend the rest of the day with wet clothes. Although, the thought of the water levels increasing at this speed...That does sound even less appealing.
Naturally, Yusuke's not a plumber. He has virtually no idea what of what to do aside from plugging up the holes- the obvious answer...But he's confident that even someone at amateur level should be able to come up with a solution that will, if nothing else, slow the water down.
He rolls up his sleeves and moves closer to the pipes to stare at them...and then stare some more. From different angles- craning his neck over it one moment, and then twisting himself around to get a look underneath, or going in from behind. There must be some idea he can come up with that isn't simply...duct tape. Which he does not have right now, mind you.]
B) Are you afraid of the dark?
[While it's true that Yusuke doesn't live the "average" high school life anymore, and has had his fair share of abnormal experiences by now...at the end of the day, that doesn't negate the fact that this is still a high school student we're talking about. Yusuke's experience with the Metaverse keeps him from being outright terrified to a point that makes him act like a complete idiot, but he's still undeniably unnerved about being vulnerable in an unfamiliar setting with such widespread blackouts.
His mind finds a way to busy itself regardless- searching for intriguing shadows or shapes within the darkness...anything that might strike inspiration for a sketch he could begin, or a composition for a painting he could save for later.
It becomes something of a routine after a while- quietly moving about to look for any sources of light, no matter how dim. Spotting something that catches his interest enough that he pauses where he stands- taking out a simple pad and pencil. There's soft sounds of the pencil skittering over the paper- the sound magnified in quiet darkness, but still much more relaxing to his mind than anything else.
His eyes strain easily in the darkness, and he has to pause to close them every so often...but his hand easily picks up wherever he left off- continuing on until he's satisfied with each sketch.]
