Hey everyone! First commenter here, really happy to meet you all. I used to play Chara (heart_breaking) here a long time ago, and now I'm back this time with Caesar.

Caesar's basically the guy that people should really stop putting in charge of anything, on account of everything going horribly wrong. He helped cause his world's apocalyptic Event, he's accidentally made at least two rogue sentient AIs, and even when he tries to fix things everything is horrible. (Consider the fact that he 'fixed' his AI problem pretty permanently.)

I'm best reached on plurk at Zalein, but I also answer to PMs, and might be able to chat through another platform if more convenient!

This chickadee here is Charlie McGee from Firestarter! Unlike before, she's not going to use a false name. Why? Because she just spent four months in medietas learning that people can be Okay and her powers are Just Fine. (She's still not sold on that last bit, but progress is progress, she guesses!)

So she has memories from there! And very small memories of the Ingress. Vague, shadow memories.

So if you knew her, come harass. She's down for harassing.

Hey! I was not here the last time you were around (I only started at DWRP in October) BUT I would love to have Erik run into Charlie just so he can have some internal screaming moments. And then hey like, actual CR beyond that would be great if it works out!

I also play Kelly Ann aka_pistachio who's a roadie with a filthy mouth and likes making friends so that is also an option :D

Erik is also somebody who should not be in charge of anything due to people tending to die when that happens let's be friends. Or acquaintances, he doesn't make friends that easily.

How's it going?! I would love love love this CR so much. Especially since Erik has always been quick to go NOPE once he's heard about Charlie's horrible life. And there was the whole Internal Screaming RAVEN IS THAT YOU?! moments.

He's also been very key in helping Charlie fully accept and like her abilities.

Absolutely. For the record, Caesar is very pro-powers, since as far as he's concerned it's just another neat thing that can apparently now happen with people.

She's fine with shady scientist government types who've studied people's powers, right? :)

Because Shady Scientist Government types are why she has powers. And is an orphan.

Oh god Erik is someone who should not find out that Caesar has been involved in the shady governmental organization in his world that puts mind numbing and power deadening collars on 'EVOS', (totally not nanite-caused-mutants).

If he stays ignorant to that, then they can compare notes over getting people they love killed.

Edit: 'Love' being applicable on a family or friend level too, since that's what Caesar's now missing!!

Oh yeah I'm down for negative CR too. I just try to avoid the things that will set Erik off into "I must permanently murder this person" mode, is all. But like, generally tense/disliking even to the point of hatred is perfectly fine!

I have Kelly Ann to be the angel who actually gets along with people so I don't get too sad about Erik having no friends and fighting with everybody lol

Hello all. This is my first time playing a character here, and I'm still figuring out what the heck I'm doing. I do not have a Plurk, though I am told that might be at least a stumbling block of some kind.

Anyway, Adara Surana is my version of the customizable PC from Dragon Age: Origins, with the background of elven mage (in a medieval kind of fantasy world where elves are second-class citizens and mages are feared and kept locked away from the rest of the population, for anyone who hasn't played the game). I've RPed her in some incarnation or another all over the place but actually haven't done much with her where she has actually been The Warden and gone through the events of Origins. In that case, she has gone from being considered some kind of dangerous insect to becoming one of the most powerful people in the kingdom of Ferelden. "Imposter syndrome" defines her pretty well, but she has learned to never let that show.

She looks like an angel! If everyone is lucky, she might even be a voice of reason to his more outlandish ideas, thereby heading off much more dire incidents before they even start.

(Hey, I'm curious: Caesar is currently chalk-full of nanites, which seem to react in his world like various metals do. Do you think that's something Erik would notice?)

Yeah he would definitely notice that. He wouldn't necessarily be able to tell they were nanites, specifically. But he would notice that he had a much higher than normal amount of metal in his (presumably organic) body
