It is time for legs [OOC Leg Con Sign-up]
Hello, my fellow Savrites! I'm sure by now that a fair number of you have seen (if not responded to) the leg-based inquiry made by Sans on the event log. (leg level? Legvel??) Now I'm here to tell you more about what that's all about! And tbh I love the term Leg Con so much, that is totally what it is, regardless of proper title.
Since we have access to the beach and there has been no end to skimpy beachwear, Mettaton is arranging a leg-based showcase competition to see, once and for all, who has the best leggies on the ship! Don't worry, this isn't going to be too complicated!
The way I am hoping to have this arranged is that we'll have two signups through this post; one for all the contestants (unlimited entry), and one for a panel of judges, which I would prefer not to exceed FIVE individuals. Judges will just need to submit a name, while contestants will need to submit a name, a small bio, and rate their legsperience in a way not unlike cosplay contest rating; Amateur Leg, Journeyman Leg, and Master Leg. I am 100% serious. Leg is v important to categorize, and Mettaton has a sense of fair play not to put himself next to a child, for example.
Once all the signups are properly arranged (I want to give a 2 day grace period to gather any judges and contestants), then a log will go up for the actual competition and on that log, there will be a form available for contestants to fill out! To better prepare you for how the competition will work, I'll explain the format!
Characters will have a post dedicated to their character with a quick hype introduction in the body, and from that point, they must respond to the competition with THREE pictures of the player's choosing to show off the leggy. Google, Tumblr, wherever you look, find 3 great pictures that capitalize on those gams!! Wow our judges! Nonaffiliated audience members can also discuss the competitors in this log because WHY NOT?
Judges will have a couple days to vote, and then the results will be posted as a network announcement, because let's be honest, MTT would absolutely spam the network over his own leg competition.
What are the prizes, you may ask?? TO BE HONEST, there isn't any!! =D Mettaton doesn't have anything to offer except A GOOD TIME ON THE BEACH SHOWING OFF YOUR LEGS. But there will be 3 winners, one for each category! So hey, let's have fun!
