Are the invading force primarily humanoid? Saitama doesn't kill "people", but that definition doesn't extend to harmful monsters/aliens. He'll have a very different opinion on his negotiation standpoint depending. If they are humanoid, he would insist they try to disarm the invaders. If not... punching into oblivion is good. Punching solves things.
