Jessica: Things she should not be allowed to do? Negotiate. She can be the intimidating muscle in the background in case things go south if totally necessary. Otherwise she'll probably be trying to keep an eye on Bruce/making sure Trish is safe while she's in cryo in case shit with the negotiations hit the fan and they get attacked.

Lois: Is definitely game to be a part of the negotiations, however she's not in favor of giving up another person because how is that going to solve anything. She'll help however she can either with research or building solid arguments. She's a very good Investigative Journalist so....... if y'all want her to dig up some dirt on them too, she can try. Either that or at least help put together a briefing on what happened for people not in the know.
