I can't speak for any of the other hacker-types, obvs, but Tony would be less interested in controlling the other ship's communications and more interested in listening to their channels undetected, to see if they can gather useful intel. What's the enemy's plan of attack? Strategy? What is it they really want from the Moira (Bruce? Bloodshed? Reparations)? Are there any discrepancies between what's contained in the other crew's internal communications and what they say to the Moira? THAT KINDA THING
