Jasper was planning on offering training to crew members from other groups regardless, so she's absolutely up for that kind of cooperation. She is kind of gruff and skeptical about the idea that the other team leaders will agree to combine their efforts, because the ship's captains aren't doing a great job of convincing her of humans' tactical intelligence, but hey, if Shepard is anything to go by they aren't all bad!
