Halfway through the... monologue, Shepard wonders personally why she never seems to stop Genos' run-ons. Probably because they were full of... well, quirks, for a lack of a better word. It was interesting.

She thanks him for his lengthy resume, and assures him that when (rather than if) their team's plan is chosen, he'll have a stealth sport reserved and ready for him.

After a beat, she jokingly asks if the strongest man alive managed to make it on to the Moira too, as he would be a great help with this.
