After listening to input from others and writing more notes up on her meticulously organized posters for each plan, Clara votes for the plan to talk it out. She thinks that with the added input from Kaz, Elizabeth, and Tony that negotiations could be successful if the right diplomats were chosen to speak. There is a risk in talking things out (and she is almost certain that anyone that goes could potentially become cannon fodder), but if nothing else, it provides a means to stall for time while everyone else prepares an attack. She says she'll be accompanying whatever negotiations team is put together. It's looking a little hopeless for talking to actually work, but they've got to try.
