When Hamilton gives his initial conditions, she will give him a look and say that she's naming him to go with her. She trusts him and knows he's good at talking, and if she's going there, she wants to have him with her. She'll give thumbs up to all his talking points, particularly the formation of a treaty. She'll like that idea so much that she'll go write it in on the handwritten poster where the talk it out plan is listed, and will ask him if he'd be up for wording the treaty if one is created.

Secretly, she's hoping that he'll be able to stall for lots and lots of time. But also, the treaty is a really good idea.
