Obviously my recent post to the mods gave quite a selection, but I'd say plots with elements of psychological horror and thought or dream sharing are at the top for me. I also enjoy organic revealing of plot elements via NPCs, plots that encourage players to rely on one another to respond to those plots, and location-based mysteries.
