It can be any animal. Something she's seen or another character has or a creature that is the half-remembered creation of her imagination. It really only depends on whether she would think to try to turn into that made up animal when she realizes she has that ability now.

You can be as creative with the animals as you like. It makes a lot of sense that not everyone would think of animals the same, so feel to go crazy.
