This might be a lot of reading comprehension issues on my part, but I can't parse exactly what's going on with the rescuer side. Is there an orchestrated plan to go retrieve people, or are they being cut loose to go pick up as many people as they can? The log doesn't have a lot of information on what the captains might want to have going on and I only really see a recon group plan, so I'm not sure when someone like Genos should go in (since he's a more straightforward character and more likely to just go in guns-blazing...)
