There isn't anything set in stone for a rescue plan. Characters can go alone, as pairs, in small groups, and the captains offered anything on the Moira that they might need to help them with their rescues. The reason there isn't a ton of information is so that players can get creative with what they might have fun with their character doing. We've seen people plot to have their character go alone and buy people back or rescue them using some other way. And there have been tons of groups and pairups. The captains did say that the crew needed to be stealthy and exercise caution, so they would have warned ICly that going in guns-blazing wouldn't be the smartest choice. However, you can still totally run with something like that, it'd just cause your character more trouble if there were a lot of attention drawn to them.
