Definitely won't keep walking if he sees someone in trouble, he would absolutely try to help.

• Does Ras have a public campaign platform/do we know what that is beyond the colony needing leadership (or does it not extend much further)?
• Does Ras have any other protective services already in place, and/or is there anyone else in the vicinity in harm's way at all?
