For the most part Starscream isn't all that impressed, if only because he's seen a shitzillion space ships in his life and even knows people that turn into space ships. And also he's an asshole. So he's like "Psh whatev".

That is until he comes across the ship that looks like the Moira. Deciding that if he can maybe learn more about the Moira itself from exploring and reading up on the replica (information that he may or may not potentially plan to use for nefarious Starscream plots why not), he'll read whatever neat ship shit he can find. Specifically he'd be looking for anything regarding the parts of the Moira that are locked down, and if he's allowed to tour the replica, those are the first places he'd seek out.
