HAHA YES god. miles is definitely going to refuse to go back to the ship if there are people that need to be evacuated -- not too long ago miles helped liberate a prison camp and it pretty much went to shit at the end, and he pretty much refused to get going until everyone was on the last shuttle and he lost someone important anyway. whether or not he realizes it, he'll be trying to make up for that loss and HE'S got too much survivor's guilt to do the sensible thing and head back to the ship.
