It could have been one of his fellow crew members, someone who had decided he was their business despite having only just met him -- but when Snake glances up to the source of the voice, he spots a stranger.
The man is well-dressed and there's something familiar about those sunglasses, but so far from home (and with Miller so much younger than anything Snake remembers of him), it doesn't click.
Given that Snake has already been kidnapped and forced into some sick version of Fight Club, the fact that someone is calling him out only puts him on the defensive. He shoulders his way through the crowd until he can really get an eye on the stranger -- who conveniently seems to have found access to the proverbial VIP seats.
He calls up to the man, face twisted with frustration. ] What the hell do you want? [ As it turns out, his voice is almost identical to the Boss that Miller has mistaken him for. For them to have any time to figure this out, they'd need a situation much calmer and quieter than the one they've found themselves in. ]
