Helloooooooooo party people! I am Froda, and I come bringing you one large, redheaded 18th century Scot!
Look at this adorable face.
This is Jamie Fraser, from Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series (which has also been adapted to TV on Starz)!
If you're familiar with the TV show but not the books, I'm afraid you're going to be a bit spoiled because this Jamie is 20 years older, give or take, than when we last saw him there. But I'm using the same PB because lbr he's perfect.
So, he's 43 or so, big, Scottish, and kind of dead inside since he sent his wife back to the future because she's originally from the 20th century, so he hasn't seen her for 20 years and he's lived in a cave for a lot of that time, and been in prison for a lot of the rest of it, and just generally not had a very happy life, YAY! Oh, and he'll be introducing himself as Alexander Malcolm, which isn't a fake name, because "Alexander Malcolm" are his middle names. SO THERE.
In all seriousness, there might be some offensive subjects that come up with him, since he's from Olden Times (tm) and thus has some interesting ideas about, like, the role of women in society. I'm totally down for him getting verbal smackdowns for this, but just let me know if you want to avoid a particular topic.
