Hello Savrites!

We've got a few updates to bring in the new year. Starting off, we want to thank Glazed for giving us some new html to use. Here's a link to the html tag on the comms.

To note:

We want to remind everyone that if you have any player plots, suggestions, or questions, that you can direct them over to the feedback page. The FAQ is also a good resource, and questions can be asked there. Also, the locations page has a wealth of information that we encourage players to use.

Also, a quick note about plurk and pinging mods on plurk. We love answering questions this way, it can be helpful and quite fast, but plurk seems to fail a lot. If you have a question that you want answered and don't see a response from the people you've pinged, it's probably because plurk has borked. Just PM a mod journal or comment to one of the above comms. We'll definitely get it that way. If it is something that involves the game as a whole, and would require the mods to discuss it, please go to the feedback page.

If you are interested in having a room for your character to do their jobs, a work space or something else, just contact the mods with what you'd like to do. It will look like the player pages above, so we'd need the pictures and information from you for your character.

MID Updates:

Check out the MID page here; it is linked on the accouterments page. It has new functions that we'll be updating each month as stuff comes up. There is also now a handy form at the bottom for suggesting new functions.

Look at Me: This is linked on the MID page, as well.

Spacebook. This is found over on the IC Directory. Use the form to update your characters status, and whenever you want to change the status, just edit the comment so you don't have to delete and re-post each time. If you want to respond to someone's update, just go to their journal and comment there.

Housekeeping:

If you have not responded to any of the pages (taken, barracks, OOC contact, etc.), please do so. All the pages are up-to-date as of right now, and if we've missed your response to any of these pages just comment to this post. Check this page for your character tag and please use it.

Don't forget to do the activity check. It's open for a few more days.

Intro Log Information:

We just wanted to make a quick note about of this. The information on the planet can be used at any time during the time the crew spends there. We usually pack a lot into the intro log so that players can use it the whole month long. There will be an event as noted on the calendar, but feel free to use the info on the intro to do network posts, logs, whatever. For example, Bob Smith makes a network post inviting everyone to go bowling with him. We didn't mention a bowling alley on the log, but it's reasonable to assume a place like Emiri would have one.

Basically, go nuts! If it seems reasonable to be on the ship or planet, go for it. If you aren't sure, just ask.
