Are characters generally supposed to know about the "sabotage" committed by one of them that the video refers to?

If it's not something that I missed on the OOC end (it's very possible that it is; I miss stuff all the time), then would the intermediaries who visit pass on a little more information on it if he asked? I don't think L is well placed at all to discover who the saboteur is, but I do think that if he didn't know anything about what happened he would at least try to get more details to obsess over go on.
