Depdending on the level of cooperation from the intermediary on the information at hand, it could go from affable if they're cooperative to pretty rough if they're not, with the specific aim of extracting information as quickly as possible. Canon-wise Ocelot is very good at getting information from people under duress but, he does have limits, especially if psychic stuff is involved. He'd likely be asking questions about know where the intermediary facility is, names of the leadership, and general information from the top-down. On a more personal note, he'd also like to find out how much control intermediaries can have over everyone else. Vague information or misleading information is all good too.
