New abilities!

Thanks to last month's AC rank rewards, Bruce's abilities have suffered some changes (mostly good, for a change!). Those two changes are as follows:
◦ Bruce now fully controls the Hulk, both how and when he transforms and how he behaves during transformations. Basically, no more incidents and no more triggered transformations, and adrenaline no longer plays a pivotal role in his ability.
◦ To add to this, he's gained empathic abilities. Empathy as a superpower basically allows an individual to interpret, replicate and even influence someone's feelings, emotions, moods and temperaments. This ability can be further practiced so he can also pick up on residual feelings and emotions from a place or an object, particularly any with significant emotional relevance.
Since the (de)aging event rolled in halfway through the month, these changes were delayed for a little while and will only take place now, with the beginning of the new month. So how does this happen?
ICly, Bruce is offered the chance to "cure" his ability, and despite his worry and paranoia, he will agree to it, because the possibility of no more Hulk is too good for him to pass up. (Goddamnit Bruce it's like you forgot all that crap with Sterns all over again.) He'll go to Curre for this, and while the procedure isn't completely successful, he comes out of it able to completely control his ability, which is as close to perfect as he can ask for. However, unknown to him, he gets the empathic abilities as a side effect of the procedure, so he won't really know at first what's happening to him until he goes back for a check-up and realizes what happened.
Long story short, Bruce will know he can fully control his ability, but he won't be aware of his empathic abilities at first. He'll go through a rough adjusting period, and once he realizes what's happening to him, he'll likely try to stay away from anyone with strong/loud emotions. He also may accidentally influence someone's feelings, if anyone's interested in that.
OOCly, because this would skirt the lines of godmodding, I've added a small permissions form for people to respond on my info & permissions post, right HERE. You can read about his powers on the Info > Abilities section, then just scroll down to the end, where you can find the form under Permissions > Abilities. It'd be great if everyone with CR with Bruce/who'd like to have CR with Bruce to reply to it, so I get a feel of where I stand regarding his abilities.
Lastly, I'm planning on putting up a log with him getting a taste of his new empathic abilities, but this is pending on what kind of event we get this month. If it's not feasible, I'll definitely toss him into the event log anyway.
