Even though his name is definitely not Maggie, there's something so desperate in the new human's voice, so compelling, that Papyrus can't help turning around to look at them. He glances around to see if maybe they were addressing someone behind him, but nope, it appears they're either talking to him or no one in particular.

He grins, hoping that his very relaxing skeleton face makes this new arrival realize he's safe here.
