I have a thief here and eventually I am sure he will cave to the desire of "Fuck this we're stealing it." He's also sort of aware the captains have stolen some shit themselves (or is pretty convinced of it given the evidence).

THERE ARE SO MANY THIEVES HERE I love it. Nate will love it (probably). They can trade tips and stuff.

Given that Niko is from GTA, I feel like he should meet Chloe, too, since she's the best driver in Uncharted land.
