I have a human with powers here! one who's awkward at best but has kind of started being sort of like a big sister to any of the kids she meets. meeting one paranoid as Robin could be an interesting experience!

OH MAN I'D LOVE CR WITH ELSA.

Humans with powers are always good CR and it just so happens that she has a really awful history with people who have ice powers. Would you be okay with Robin seeing evidence of Elsa's powers before she meets Elsa directly, and having a bit of a freakout?

terrible history with people with ice powers will only make the whole thing all the more fun, honestly. and I'd be totally okay with that! she's been practising with her powers in the training room, usually at night, so you're free to have Robin have seen that sometime, or even just some sort of little slip-up where Elsa touches something and accidentally freezes it. CR that starts with a freakout sounds amazing
