[The question startles him out of his thoughts. Twisting his head, Aubrey stares at the man in mute surprise before registering the question.]
Uh, no. [He’s flustered. He obviously hadn’t expected anyone to come and talk to him just then.] I mean - I don’t know.
I thought it would be fun but - [He glances back at the pool, feeling a little foolish. It doesn’t look menacing at all when he has to explain it to somebody else. He's not entirely sure what to make of it, only that it couldn't have been normal. Right? His thoughts, even when he's feeling depressed, never get that bad. He pulls the towel tighter around himself, finally noticing that he’s still damp and a little cold.]
