[Given that Dorian wouldn't recognize a relationship if it were dancing naked right in front of him, he would take it a step further and suggest that all relationships are complicated. He'd never been permitted to have one other than the relationship his parents told him he would have. A relationship like theirs as a matter of doing his duty to the family. It didn't appear to make either one of them very happy and his fiancé loathed him as much as he loathed her.
