I don't know how in charge you would say they are, but if I had to give you the measure of them...so far, they seem incompetent at best, negligent at worst. They seem to have their own agenda. [Dorian hasn't known them long, so his opinion might be a bit snap.] Then again we are coming off of the back end of a battle that could have gone better.
