Longer than the average hiatus (if there is an average hiatus?)

Having a break in offline things Figured since death and resurge would sort of negate the fatal injury it would be better to just say serious injury and so Sam got a glass shoulder +1 lung. This is also why I went ahead and put him in cryo at the start of the month; so there would be no awkwardly cutting off event threads. So July has kind of turned out to be a bum deal from me (which blows since I wasn't expecting that :c)

On July 18th I'm scheduled to be having surgery on one side of my face. I'll spare ya'll the details, except that I'm being told to expect it to be very painful and to expect a long hospital stay. The modly ones have been kind enough to give me an extended hiatus. At the moment my guesstimate is to be back no later than August 22? But that's more guess than estimate.

At any rate I will read the comms as I can, even if hospital internet is notoriously sucky. So shine on you crazy diamonds o/
