Never said you did. It was more a statement on how often things are complicated between you and Church than on how I actually feel about the situation.

And yeah, I know. You're not the only one who's talked to him. You shouldn't be surprised though, considering how much the ship messes with us.

You can't learn what you're good at without learning a little about the fundamentals of things. And learning how to think is the most important part of that. I don't care if you want to focus on one particular thing as long as you're taking the effort to learn something.

It's kind of counter-intuitive, considering how much patience I tend to have for people acting like idiots, but I really do.

True. And for the most part if someone is there for school here on the ship it's because they want to learn.

Or they're bored, but yeah—probably more the first one.

Right. There are days I show up in the classroom and no one comes, but it's worth it for the days someone has a breakthrough on something.
