Hello everyone! We've got a few updates. We're getting into the third month and everyone has been wonderful.

We want to remind everyone that if you have any player plots, suggestions, or questions, that you can direct them over to the feedback page. The FAQ is also a good resource, and questions can be asked there. Also, the locations page has a wealth of information that we encourage players to use.

Also, we now have library and garden pages. Feel free to poke the head librarian and gardener for all your book and plant needs.

That brings us to the new changes on the RANKS and RESTORE pages. We've added some new ways to increase the ranks for your characters using activity. On the restore page you can see all the things you can do with your character with your ranks. It also gives you better rank privileges. To sum up:

The changes are as follows: Activity equals more ranks. This is so that players that want to do more, can, but doesn’t put pressure on the players that can’t. For every three proofs of activity, your character gets to add on another rank. There is a limit of four new ranks a month. When the activity check goes up, you supply your regular activity, and then your bonus proofs. Your bonus proofs can be any combination of already acceptable activity.

That's a great question and tell your friend yes! If you've already posted, just reply to your comment with your bonus and we'll add on ranks.

Questions regarding the '5 comments from your character in a log' proof as it applies to bonuses:

1. Does having more than 5 comments in one thread count as one proof, or stack depending on the number of comments?
(ex. 20 comments in Thread A counts as 4 proofs)

2. Do the 5 comments have to come from separate threads?
(ex. 5 comments from Thread A, 5 comments from Thread B, etc.)

When it comes to log comments, it only needs to be five comments by your character and that equals one proof. If the thread has 20 comments by your character then that would count as four proofs. They can come from the same thread, or from multiple threads.

For network proofs, it would have to be ten comments by your character, IC inbox would be 15, and one open post counts as a proof.

Branching off the above question: if my AC thread is technically multiple proofs, can I double dip and get AC plus however many it would be? Also, am I correct in assuming that all of my character's replies on my top-level log post count as "one thread?" Thanks/Sorry!

Exactly! If you're thread is twenty comments by your character long, and you use five for AC, the other fifteen can be used as bonus proofs. As to your second question, each new character that comments to your thread would constitute a new thread. So each 'new' thread can be used towards bonus or AC as long as it hits the right number of comments.

All network and log posts count as a proof, as well. I hope this helps.

Okay so if an OPEN NETWORK/LOG alone can be considered one(1) proof, can that be submitted as a proof and then the threads below it as separate proofs, assuming each thread meets requirements without counting the Open post itself as a comment in said threads?

Assuming that threads A and B each have the minimum required tags.

That's exactly how it works. Your open logs/network posts count as a proof, and any threads under them count as long as they meet.

Since I've only just responded, you can take more time to update your bonus AC if you need. Sorry again!
