Hello, Savrites! (Savrouians? Savranese?) I'm Chris, new to the game, bringing you Sam Alexander, aka Nova, from Marvel Comics' 616 (main) universe! He's a 15 year old who inherited an alien helmet from his absent father, who upon putting on the helmet, transforms into Nova! The Nova Corps are (were) a peacekeeping organization in the galaxy, though Sam's helmet belongs to the black Novas, which are kind of like Special Forces.

He's coming in from the tail end of Volume 5, right as he's bringing his long lost father back home for a touching reunion, just before all the Marvel Comics universes collided and he became an Avenger (he's still technically an Avenger, he's got an ID card and everything-- except the Ingress stole it...).

OH YEAH and Sam is staying in Mero #025 and working as a Wing Repair Officer, fixing/maintaining the solar sails. He may or may not also be in need of a pair of shoes.

Sam is kind of a slacker idiot too, except when he's being Nova, which he will be for working outside the ship, when he tries to Do His Best and Take Things Seriously.

I'm Glass, and I play Queen Medusa from 616, so welcome new castmate! I'm so excited to see Sam. (Medusa may be ambivalent on the subject). She's from before Secret Wars as well, so I guess we can all avoid ever talking about that, ever. And I'll add you on plurk if you're okay with that?

I'm really excited bc while *I* think Medusa is awesome, I'm not sure Sam even knows that Inhumans are a thing (besides Haechi, who's just some dude with a horn). idk, we'll figure it out!

i have tony stark from 616 but he is unfortunately before avengers vs x-men so he prob won't recognize sam :') and will just be very ??? for the most part. he's currently just avoiding most marvels tbh. they just seem like a headache waiting to happen, but i'm gonna start ruining his life v soon and a canon update might be in his foreseeable future once i get caught up with the comics.

i'm very far behind because life doesn't want me to read :'| either way, i look forward to things with you!

At his canon point, Sam has met Iron Man, but only in passing really, so he won't really be surprised that Tony forgot who he was.

I feel you on being behind. Before I decided to app Sam I was backed up to well before secret wars on his comic.
