Hello, I'm Cap, and I bring you (Primal) Sarah Kerrigan from just before the Epilogue of Legacy of the Void, AKA just before she goes through her fourth and arguably final change of species.

For those of you who are unfamiliar Kerrigan is a formerly human assassin turned Zerg Wardlord turned Human something... and then back to Zerg because she needed to get strong enough to take revenge on a human dictator, but more powerful and less evil. She was building up her armies to take on what amounts to a god who exists in a non-physical form in the 'void' which is some kind of null dimension that's different from the normal universe.

She is a very powerful psychic, with a telepathic range that spans light years, and telekinesis and telekinetic lightning. So anyone with that kind of sensitivity who wants to notice her arrival hit me up, because her presence is not subtle at all. There's a permission post over here for more information about her psionics and a brief note about Zerg-to-technology telepathy.

Between Charles, Jean Grey and his own sister Peter has pretty much given up on having mental privacy, aha ha.

Oh yeah, I think all the mutants would similarly be glad. That's kind of Peter's big fear.

Luckily Kerrigan just doesn't bother with the mind-reading much anymore. She does not want to know people's thoughts, they're not that great.

The mutants all have wonderful genomes, and she'd love to have samples, but Abathur is terrible about that kind of thing and she doesn't actually want to use anyone as a lab rat. But improving her swarm is great, it's for a good cause.

Peter's only been willing to give up his DNA for medical purposes thus far, but if he didn't think it would lead to being experimented on he might not care so much.

Kerrigan would probably be near the front of the line to murder people who are experimenting on people. Not actually at the front because some stupidly fast people might outrun her.
