I'm joining in here with Adam Parrish from The Raven Cycle. His canon point is pretty near towards the end of the last book. He's sort got magic but how well it works away from where he's from is questionable. He'll still be doing lots of tarot, though. He's pretty much normal and quiet otherwise.
