ABOARD THE MOIRA
Whether adjusting to space travel has been difficult or not, there is always something to be done. From working to leisure, the Moira offers a multitude of opportunities to get to know your crewmates a bit better. Exploration of the ship is highly encouraged, but as another planet grows closer to being docked, things start to get a little hectic. You'll notice a slight change in the artificial gravity as the Moira is pulled into a gravitational field; however, more noticeable changes can be found in the overall morale as you prepare to descend.
☄ on your ownThere are plenty of other communal areas on the ship to explore! Pick a place, and see where it takes you. ( These scenarios can be used as in-game canon. ) ERIS — 6578
Welcome to one of the sister Eris planets. This one, unlike many of its counterparts, is incredibly high dollar. For visiting individuals, it is mandatory to wear clothes befitting of such a status. For those aboard the Moira, it means discarding work attire for the formal wear they have been provided. Characters will find the temperature moderately cold, a late fall to early winter feel, and their outwear must reflect the prestige Eris—6578 is universally known for. Any sort of trading is strictly done through computers and electronic orders--nothing hands-on as it's considered beneath the inhabitants to indulge in such outdated means of interaction. Unlike most systems, money is needed to purchase things on Eris. The captains have given the crew unlimited credits; with each transaction, simply "pay" with the MID. ( These scenarios can be used as in-game canon. )
☄ lavish livingFine dining? The movies? Or perhaps gambling? Whatever your tastes, Eris caters to everyone and everything—the more expensive, the better. There is no limit to what can be done when one has the money to spend, and this lifestyle reflects in the people and surroundings. Even sex is a very ornate process held to the highest discretion. Feel free to indulge, but know that it isn't without its consequences.
☄ takenIn its underbelly, Eris—6578's main function is the trade and trafficking of bodies for one of two purposes: to be placed in a situation where you are made to kill for another's enjoyment or are tortured and killed based on the client's personal tastes. Each scenario is designed to fit the paying customer's predilections and is often carried out in places secured and private. Remember, money is no object. Therefore, the extent of what they do or make you do has no boundaries either.

Clover Field | Virtue's Last Reward
[Clover probably could not be having a worse time if she was making an active effort to be miserable. This thing with the kidnapping and the unremovable watches and the outer space isn't new! It wasn't fun the first time! It was even less fun the two times before that!
None of this was anything she articulated while spending most of the time she was being introduced to her new environment trying to fistfight everyone responsible for said introduction.
It's been kind of a problem.
So here she is, a little disheveled and kind of proud of herself for elbowing one guy right in the eye but mostly looking very much like a pissed off kitten, tiny even in her heels with poofy pink hair and jumping a little every time anyone gets too near. Hours later, she's still relatively certain someone's going to try to murder her. Maybe a lot of someones; previous kidnapping excursions didn't involve nearly this many people. But she'd better get used to what it's like around here, anyway, so she's darting in and out of everywhere open to her, never lingering anywhere for too long.
Don't make any sudden movements or sounds. Definitely don't sneak up on her. She's too high-strung for impulse control and will fight absolutely anyone over absolutely anything right now.]
B: Moira, gardens
[Eventually Clover mellows out enough that she's not ready to engage anyone who speaks too loudly in fisticuffs. Granted, it's a pretty low bar to surpass, but improvement should be taken where it can be found.
Today, she's discovered the gardens. More importantly, she's discovered the bonsai kittens.
She's flopped in the grass with a dopey grin, flicking a makeshift feather-on-a-stick toy at a couple of tiny cats lured over by the prospect of playtime and pets. People more observant than Clover might notice a small kitten wriggling around in her hair.
She grins up at anyone who sticks around to stare.] These cats were the best idea somebody's ever had.
C: Eris, shopping
[Clover can definitely spend money. Unlimited credits! It's a dream come true. Her steps bounce more than they ought to in those unreasonably high heels of hers as she makes her way down sidewalks, too many bags hanging off her arms and a brand new hair accessory, unreasonably sparkly and made of genuine something-or-other (she wasn't paying much attention), tying back her ponytail.
She's got an eye out for anyone she recognizes from the Moira so she can skip over and tug them aside.] Hey! Hey, look, I found the cutest—hold on. [Okay, maybe this is too many bags; give her a second to fumble through them in search of whatever it is she wants to show off.] It's great, like, I've never seen so much glitter—did you find anything good yet? [Still fumbling! A lot of those bags seem to have glittery things in them. What the hell, Clover.]
A
You should go back and apologize to the person you hurt. We're all here for the same reason.

Bite me. [She declares this loudly to the air in front of her, and then gets to glancing around to see if she can figure out the source of this stupid thing.]
no subject
That won't fix anything either. What's your name?
no subject
Listen, I couldn't care less about how moral or whatever you want me to be about this. [She pauses for a moment and spends it glaring at him. And then she pretends to be able to interact with people on a reasonable level.] And it's Clover.

It's not moral. It's objective. Making people uncomfortable is going to make this trip long and lonely. [ Or maybe she wanted it that way? He didn't know. ] My name is Ivor. At least they haven't given us ID numbers to memorize.
[ That's a plus. ]

[That's probably untrue to at least some degree, but she just is not having this right now.]
