Who is this character? James Buchanan Barnes, or Bucky to the privy. He's known as The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is one of Interpol's most wanted.
Tell us something about them. He's from Brooklyn, born in 1917 and lived through the Great Depression. He has plenty of traumas but keeps them hidden under lock an key because he'd rather have a good time than mope. Diplomatic and pragmatic, he's an easy going friend to just about everyone. He loves bad jokes/puns and comes with dry, dark humor.
How long have they been in the game? Just over a month now, but because I couldn't get him involved well with last month's events, I'm setting his arrival proper as this month.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? cleaning up the greenery greenhouse, “light” reading in the library, poking around the music hall
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? short term: glean a better understanding are where the hell he's been dumped.
long term: sustainable food through plants in the greenery and a network of allies. I also want for him to revitalize the music hall in some way, but am unsure of if anyone else would benefit from that. He personally thinks the stage would be great dancing.
Specific CR requests? It'd be interesting for him to make some enemies, I think! Otherwise, he just wants friends. Bonus points if said friends end up being considered family.
Anything else? he's missing his left arm (the metal one), but otherwise,

Heya! I asked the mods to put the Big Sister here in a random room and it turns out she's roomies with Bucky! They have a bit in common since they were both formerly brainwashed and are good at fighty stuff. Maybe we can launch some CR?

Yeah! Sounds perfectly fine to me! He’d probably quite like her overall, tbh. And probably try to help her adapt better socially, if that’s welcome, ahaha...

Who is this character? Laura Kinney, also know as X-23, from Marvel Comics, Earth-616.
Tell us something about them. She's reliable as an ally and friend but is really bad at the meeting people thing. Because most of her childhood was contained to a lab, she doesn't have a lot of normal social skills and knowledge of pop culture (though she's learned bits and pieces of the latter over time). Oh yeah she also has two claws per hand and one claw in per foot and is really good at the killing thing because that's what she was made for.
How long have they been in the game? about a year
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? trying to garden at the greenery and working out in the rec area. otherwise a lot of needless loitering, which she's really great at. she's interested in what other people are up to but tends to not involve herself unless she feels welcome to.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? short term: get her reacclimated to space life and have her learn to define her own space.
long term: continue maturing her personality through various friendships and alliances. a lot of her initial character development in canon is around learning to define her own identity and sense of conscious self. this is something her recent film adaption got in Logan that she's never had the chance to have. well, ignoring the weird shit Marvel's been doing with the comics lately because I took her from before that started happening.
Specific CR requests? a lot of her CR has dissipated over time, so anything is appreciated at this point. in general, she's always struggling to maintain friendships and acquaintanceships because she doesn’t feel welcome in most spaces.

hi5 fellow clone :') Laura was technically meant as a replacement for Wolverine since Wolverine left and became his own dude, so they couldn’t use him as a weapon anymore, but gene theft was still involved. does that count?
