She is indeed a canon confirmed ballerina, having once been one of some renown before she got turned blue and assassiny! Shepard being completely unable to dance will boggle her mind.

And now instead of just making fun of Shepard, I kinda want to run with this in-game.

she actually danced ONCE in sav, but it was another of those "fancy dancing with considerable help from the partner" situations so it ain't happening twice

I'm totally ready for dance antics though!!! We'll have to find a place to slot it in, because I am down.
