Who is this character? Elizabeth DeWitt from Bioshock Infinite
Tell us something about them. Highly intelligent book-wise, fairly inexperienced in social dealings, friendship, relationships, etc. Handy with firearms, chemistry wiz, makes friends and never lets them go. Has extreme problems with any situation involving one party exploiting another. Sassy and sarcastic, a little distant and cautious at the moment, but she feels things very deeply. Can currently rip holes in space and time but she doesn't talk about it much, preferring to make cryptic references to different timelines, constants and variables, and looking behind doors. Quantum physics: it's a hobby....?
How long have they been in the game? TWO AND A HALF YEARS?!?! help me
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? She's a Physics teacher at the Xavier Institute (ignore that she's not even in her mid-twenties, she's got this), head of the book club, and volunteer librarian (she's carrying all of the Moira collection and working on actually integrating it into the Avagi one).

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Elizabeth is still trying to get her bearings back after an intense few months losing all of her memories of the Moira and most of her previous CR. I'd definitely like to build up her support network again, either with people she can look after, or people who can look out for her when she's getting a little nuts. This woman does not do well in prolonged captivity... She's also being a little more fast-and-loose with her tear abilities, and is slowly starting to wonder if she should even try hiding them anymore-- so if anybody wants to get involved with some holes in time and space, hit me up! Long-term, someday she might regain her memories of the Moira, but I still have no plan for that.

Tell us something about them.
Sad space dad had a bad last couple years. He used to be a pilot, was on a cool mission to space and then got abducted and imprisoned and tortured and experimented on and used as a gladiator. SOMEHOW he got away, with amnesia, a robot arm and a bad case of PTSD. Then him and a bunch of teenagers went to space again, woke up some aliens, became pilots of giant robots and went off to save the Universe. He can't cook worth shit, it's hilarious. He doesn't sleep, he's perpetually exhausted and has a metal hand.


How long have they been in the game? LIKE A YEAR NOW WHAT THE HELL

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Exploring and working to implement a sort of security rotation, something to keep everyone protected in the event the Mother shows up again. Also digging around for clues about what happened and... just trying to keep his team from imploding.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals?
He's very, very invested in keeping his friends and teammates in one piece. Looking after them, making the new station a livable habitat, etc. His own personal goals are pretty much blown out of the water at this point -- anything he's doing lately, he's doing for other people.

Specific CR requests? I'm up for anything! He's going out with the away team on the current plot, and will just generally be around if he's needed. Also you know anything else you want to throw at a tired team dad with space PTSD. He could really use people who remind him how the heck to loosen up and Be Human again.

Who is this character? Erik Lehnsherr, Magneto if you're nastynot a mutant
Tell us something about them. His canon point when I joined was about a month and a half post-Apocalypse. He just turned 54, is more mellow than he was as a younger man. (Relatively. He's still Magneto) Is a bit better at keeping his cards close to his chest. He's not going to tell anybody that his first priority is the mutants and everybody else is second, but it's true.
How long have they been in the game? about four months now
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? He built a workshop, does a lot of stuff there. Also is on the major repairs team so has been doing his best to keep the station from crumbling. Has regular games in the greenery (chess with Diana, go with Flynn), always has some kind of project he's working on, the most recently completed being Cerebro. Has been working on building a lounge area for months but that keeps getting pushed back by more pressing things (ONE DAY THE HELLFIRE CLUB WILL GO LIVE) also currently attempting to make oat whiskey.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Short-term goals: still dealing with the exit of Logan and Charles. He does not want to be the patriarch of the little X-Clan but he's the only one around, so he's going to do his best. Long-term I'm trying to get him to a place where he really pushes the constructive things he can do with his powers. He's very very good at destructive uses, but using them to save people and build things is still something he's not quite as good at. I'd like him to shed that last bit of hold Shaw has over him in viewing his abilities as primarily destructive.
Specific CR requests? His CR is generally way more positive than I ever anticipated, which makes sense as he can be very charming when he has to be. But I really love it when the mask slips and his more hardcore convictions come out. So anybody who wants to develop negative CR with him pls let me know.

Tell us something about them. Uh, rad...Zen Dad...programmer/engineer who was trapped inside the computer server he was technically fallen god of and is like 1260 some-odd computer years old. He enjoys meditation, playing Go, and tinkering.

How long have they been in the game? Four months

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Yes. Yes. Uh, a small selection. He's one of the station's Network Admins, and assisted in the ACE project with several others that created Avagi's network and those cool wrist communicators. Flynn recently worked with Magneto to get Cerebro up and running. On the chiller side, he does some gardening on the reg with Clu, assists with cow care (thank you, Shiro), and teaches a twice-a-week meditation class (but people are welcome to join him whenever he's zazen-ing in the Greenery). Last month, he brought home a stupid amount of grain from Allcoran (that any and all characters are free to handwave as taking a share from). This month, after Cerebro went online, he'll be providing a cobbled-together map and a secondary network transmitter to the away team.

tl;dr: Flynn likes helping people a great deal and, for a guy who knows his number's gonna be punched once he gets back home, he's pretty invested in the survival of the station. His skill set is pretty crazy.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Short-terms goals will be dealing with this crazy plot, and ensuring the Greenery plants they were planning to harvest aren't dosed with toxins. Basics.

Long-term goals! He'd like to know more about their new neighbors across the station! Upgrading their end of the station (and people!) in terms of...everything....? with better supplies also needs to happen.

Tell us something about them. She's a mystery wrapped in an enigma, squeezed in a skirt that's just a little bit too tight & a bubbly personality masking one hell of a control freak. She also hates boy bands.
How long have they been in the game? She's been in the game off and on since they were on the Moira. More recently she's been around since...Sept or October?
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? She's taken over as headmistress of the school since Charles left, and also still does her teaching thing of the younger kids (14 & under) primary education. She's making more interactive star maps of the stars that surround the station, and is continuing work on a Moira/Thisavrou/Avagi historian project at Adrian's suggestion. Since that isn't enough, she also is pretty serious about her first contact duties, which consist of her making first contact on any planets they get access to. Most recently, she's part of the away team attempting to make contact with the other people on the station.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? She's part of the away team, so I'd love for her to interact with other people that are. Anyone she can plot with or potentially butt heads with would be fun. She's lost a lot of people over the past month or so, and most recently she's lost the Doctor so she's going to be hurting big time from that. She's very close to Erik and spends a lot of time with him, and also spends a ton of time with Eddie & the other kids taking care of them. If there's kids here she hasn't had a thread with yet, I'd love to change that!

Nova Barnett, aka Clone Shepard from Mass Effect

Tell us something about them.
She's the evil clone of a galactic hero, whom she tried and failed to kill so she could steal her identity and life, ostensibly so she could go save humans instead of aliens. Having arrived without a Shepard around, she assumed that identity and pretended to be an AU Shepard, despite being a poorly socialized space racist. Eventually she got outed and has been trying to differentiate herself and ~save humans~ ever since.

How long have they been in the game? Since November 2015

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Right now, she's on the away team! Usually she's part of the network/communicators team on the programming side of things, and she takes a million classes.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals?

Short term: Get crystals, restore station filters

Prove to herself/memories of real Shepard that she can totally do this saving humans thing.

Try things. Learn things. Figure out who she is.

Learn how to use her biotics (kind of like telekinesis) better.

Tell us something about them. The most laid back of the Vanguard trio formally in charge of the last City on Earth, Cayde's been around for centuries and prefers being out in the field to being stuck advising freshly minted hunters. He may have a metal face and body now, but he's not always been an Exo, a fact he doesn't make well-known but neither does he keep it a secret if things come up. Perhaps too casual for his own good, Cayde can still take care of business although he's more of the do-now than the talk-forever-and-plan sort.

How long have they been in the game? Been here roughly 8 months!

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Pffffff -oh, that's a serious question. Well, he's technically on the list for the ACE tech support but don't count on him to be of much help with that. He and his Ghost have also been experimenting with the weird Ingress light show on the side.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? LOOOOT. Well no, but then given everything, Cayde's not had much chance to find much to horde or go after. Currently he just wants to straighten out this whole 'possibility of Mother lurking' business so he can prove he's not going crazy. Long-term-wise, he might continue to work with his Ghost in trying to learn anything about the lingering Ingress energy because waiting for portals to open and seeing glimpses of the future (?!) is frustrating.

Tell us something about them. Slayer. Former Chosen One. She's a snarky girl who can speak in a silly way at times. Nice, but occasionally offputting when she gets morbid. Buffy's loyal and comfortable in the role of protector, ready to take charge. She can be reserved on the personal side though. Friendly without letting people in, although she can get comfortable with physical touch fairly quickly if the relationship (of any kind) is agreeable enough.

How long have they been in the game? She showed up in January.

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Nothing as of yet. She was thinking of potentially taking charge of the gym, maintaining the equipment.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Grow her weapons collection, keep up with her beauty routine the best she can, find out more about the station. Try to find some manner of fun in the station. Help people.

Buffy was just starting to see a future for herself when she was taken here, and this twist has left her going back into Chosen One mode: her fate is sealed, she must fight monsters and endure weird things forever. I'd like her to start feeling she can have a kind of future despite this. That they're all on the same boat.

Who is this character? Lieutenant Commander Jane Shepard. Her full name is listed in the directory, but not her title. Feel free to call her "Commander" regardless. It's in the air, maybe.

Tell us something about them. Super space soldier with a serious Cassandra complex issue. Two years out from saving the entire galaxy. Still not sure if she died doing it or not. Feels bad about not revealing more about herself to people, but just doesn't want to talk about it that much. Incredible physical stature, also, wild mass-effecting (h e h) psychic-esque abilities. Really likes building model ships and keeping her fish alive.

How long have they been in the game? A month shy of 2 years.

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? A lot. If she's not out sorting, cleaning, and repairing, she's integrating systems as best she can, gophering, and soft organising the station's volunteer roster sheet. She's not in charge of anything, per say—but if you're looking for something to do, she's probably already got something in mind that you'd fit into. In terms of her own general activity, most recently she's had a hand in aquaculture, attempting to integrate a lot of her remaining fish into a station system. She also teaches self-defense classes at a basic level for anyone who's interested, and runs a projectiles club for keen young minds. So far, there hasn't been any takers, which is a shame, because she's keen to rope some young minds into helping her finish building an Avagi projectile shooting range. Other than that, she also maintains a strict pest control (any tiny dinos not claimed as pets and microchipped will 100% find themselves shot through the head), and keeps a close eye on her own apartment's running and organisation. She was under in cryo for 3 weeks, and has a lot to catch up on. Do you need a hand moving furniture, bailing out your apartment, containing a wretched black smoke? Call Shepard, who thinks sleep is something that happens to other people.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Assist. Protect. Survive. Concern numero uno at the moment is just keeping this stupid station operative with potable water, food, and general life support enough for everyone. Deal with any possible issues, regardless of how big or small—on a space station, even the tiniest concern can rapidly bloom into something life-threatening, after all. Everything else for herself, while she's working on it, is largely unimportant as long as the station's other inhabitants are alive. She's driven by sheer determination to make it through anything, with everyone. For now, that's about all she's got space for. Maybe remind her to relax.

Who is this character? Yori, from the 1982 Tron movie.

Tell us something about them. In the Tron canon, all programs are equally self-aware; Yori wasn't intended to be intelligent. She's an analysis program written by Lora Baines, but she's never met her own User face to face. Yori spent a long time as a factory worker in a dystopic computer system. After that things got complicated. She's now dating the rewritten-to-be-loyal-to-the-dystopic-dictator future version of her first love.

How long have they been in the game? Arrived on the Moira with the August 2016 group, so she's a veteran of the weird by now.

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? At the moment, taking advantage of the fact that oxygen isn't what programs need to scrape mold out of Life Support. She could use some help. Under normal circumstances she's been working with the ACE design and admin group.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Short-term, Yori has an oxygen rebreather that someone who needs oxygen should definitely take. Any kids who need it, especially? Yori tries to protect small Users when she can. Long-term I'm just adapting to the crazy, though anyone willing to say they'd protect her from Clu or help her defend the actual computer systems on the station from mistreatment can get bonus points. (There are people in your ACE, okay?)

Specific CR requests? Yori's romance with Rinzler has been going very well, so of course they have to separate this month for the good of the system they're in. This is a chance for anyone staying behind who wants to share some emotional support, since Yori tends not to show much of her feelings and right now she can't avoid it. Teaching things and learning things are also very important to her, she wouldn't turn down a chance either way.

Who is this character? This is Clu, and he likes ferns and scamming batteries off organics.
Tell us something about them. Under all that 80's reference fish-out-of-water avuncular charm and hair mousse lurks six feet of solid edgelord with a mass murder track record. He's busy getting along with everyone, currently, but all it would take is a push.
How long have they been in the game? 2 years (3 in IC time); he remembers being part of a starship crew and is salty that there isn't one anymore.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? He's decided a corner of the Greenery is his; the variety and shiny plush health of the local ferns are thanks to him. He also likes general groundskeeping duty, especially pruning, and is trying to get into topiary (pretty successful) and coaxing this one bonsai to grow apples (...less successful). You might also catch him in the Library or--very rarely--on the Observation Deck.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? THOSE TOO. Short term: SAVE THE FERNS, MAN. Long term: Find their new station neighbors and KILL THEM, keep all their resources, ???, PROFIT. More seriously: Coordinate with existing computing efforts to make it easier to get at major systems in the event of an emergency, whether that's a dedicated local alarm and safety drill system or something more esoteric. (Borglike nonsense loose in the station repair routines, e.g.)

Short term: FORCED TEAMWORK, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE HIS CAST. He is super-invested in the Greenery's fate, but he also has decent software skills, in addition to base physical strength and durability that would make him useful at salvage and assorted dangerous repair tasks. He also doesn't need air, which is gonna be important for basically everyone else later, so.

How long have they been in the game? Alan has been in-game for around two years now!
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Alan has been maintaining the network and the ACE communication devices on the station!
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Short-term and long-term goals are pretty much the same: keep as many people alive and safe as possible, especially his close CR. Aside from that, he wants to find solutions to the power imbalance between users and programs (see: non-AI and AI) back home and, for that reason, has a keen interest in the relationships between AI and non-AI on other worlds.

Tell us something about them. Pietro is a high-strung, cranky pessimist teen with superspeed and subsequent trouble not being a jerk about it all the time. He's a former street kid who's spent a lot of his life trying to keep himself and his sister from being murdered by humans, which has left him pretty paranoid and distrustful of everyone else. Despite having fallen in with mutant supremacy though, he has a lot of doubts about hurting people and is inching toward saving them instead, even if he doesn't like people very much.

How long have they been in the game? Just arrived in January!
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? So far, mostly reading and researching how to escape, with zero success.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals?
Short-term, he's teaming up with Kurt to help anybody who needs to get to a safe area quickly. Secondary priorities include plants and books. He'd also be willing to help with trying to make more spaces safe, but he'd need guidance; he's handy but not particularly tech-y.
Long-term, I'd like to get him involved in gardening because he's worried about their food supply. He'd be good for security someday, too, but right now he's probably too anti-authority for it.

Who is this character? Agent Washington from Red vs Blue, a webseries made in Halo which is... sort of, a comedy. Some of the time.
Tell us something about them. A former member of a military special ops team which imploded in spectacular fashion. It's left him with abandonment and betrayal issues like crazy, and a mean streak a mile wide. He is just so done with everything.
How long have they been in the game? About 8 months now I believe.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Mainly Wash explores and keeps an eye on things that need security or look dangerous. He's not much of a team player anymore.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals?
Short-term: Survive being part of the Away Team. He has a suit of advanced armour so he's a little better off, but that oxygen isn't going to last forever. Restore power and life support to their side of the station. Not die.

Long-term: I personally would like Wash to make some more friends. He's not in a great place mentally and he could do with some sort of stability. His long-term goals are just to survive. Even when he doesn't want to.

Who is this character? Adara Carey Surana, my version of the customizable player character from Dragon Age: Origins. She is the commander of the Grey Wardens in her kingdom, tasked with protecting the lands from darkspawn.
Tell us something about them. Quiet, serious, a bit nervous and suspicious since her social status at home has always made a second class citizen though her exploits have raised her beyond that. She's curious but quietly so as well as very determined.
How long have they been in the game? A wide-eyed newcomer, I suppose! First character, first timer. She has no idea what's going on.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? At the moment she's just trying to destroy her helper robot when it gets too close, but hopefully she'll find something more productive to do, like putting her knowledge of healing or herbalism to use.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? She would like to figure out where the hell she is. By which I mean, she would like to understand where she is. Short-term would be her finding some kind of place here, long-term would be understanding that... well, she's probably not leaving any time soon and should try to establish the roots of some kind of normal or desirable life.

Who is this character? She's the new kid in town in Hawkins, Indiana, on Stranger Things.
Tell us something about them. She's originally from California, but recently moved with her mom, stepdad and stepbrother Billy to Hawkins for reasons still unknown. Her stepbrother and stepbrother are both abusive assholes and she hates them. She's 13, and excels at skateboarding, video games, and sarcasm. Once she considers someone a friend, there's not a lot she's not willing to do to help them even if it puts her own life in danger.

Tell us something about them. Former murderslave, current Rinzler. Rinzler comes from a world where computers are worlds and all programming produces sentient people. Once a good-aligned protag type called Tron, Rinzler was reprogrammed to be a weapon for an evil overlord named Clu. He's been acquiring himself a new sense of self in-game, and now vaguely behaves like a people. An asshole people.

How long have they been in the game? Two years and change!

Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? Rinzler's self-assigned himself "security", which has mostly meant patrolling all the everywhere and picking fights with anyone he finds suspicious.

Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Short term: do more security-wise! (Maybe organize a thing?) Long-term: keep peopling, learn to self-assert, work out his identity crises.

Tell us something about them. She is a Stephen King character, and a main one at that, which means her life is about 99 percent bullshit. She is a pyrokinetic teen with a whole other array of abilities, trust issues and a heart of gold. She bonds pretty slowly with people, but four months in another setting have helped her with some of those issues. Once she's decided she can trust someone, she's loyal. They're family. All that fun.
How long have they been in the game? A grand total of less than a month.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? For now? Not so much. She doesn't like staying in one spot, though, so she's most likely wandering and exploring and trying to be Helpful. She'd rather avoid being a hindrance and is willing to use her abilities however they're needed.

Tell us something about them. Diana is the princess of the Amazons, the best warrior among them, and the most hard-headed to boot. She is brave and a natural leader, and wants to do what she can to help mankind, as is her people's duty. She has a lot of love to give, and pours it on anyone who happens to be in her immediate vicinity. She's still doing her best to adjust to this world with all its technologies and different people, and is a little overwhelmed by it all. She's also a huge history nerd, and has been reading the entire library like a maniac. It bothers her that she doesn't understand alien languages.
How long have they been in the game? Just over six months.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? She spends a lot of time in the gymnasium area training anyone who asks (at least, she did before it flooded), teaches in Xavier's school, and also works for station security.
Short-term goals? Long-term goals? Diana is about to set out on the journey to find their fellow stationers as a part of the Away Team. Finding them and diplomacizing with them is her current goal.

Tell us something about them. Caesar’s a mad scientist type, one that naturally gives out an ‘off’ vibe. He doesn’t register things as dangerous the same way that other people do, and unclear motivations make him unpredictable. He tends to lie through omission or ‘convenient’ accidents generously if things start to involve his Extremely Questionable past. He’s just lost his family (and a whole lot more people) due to an accident he took part in orchestrating. He’s a specialist in nanite stuff and AI programming to the point of being an easy plot device if we need anything on that front. We’ve seen AIs that he’s created before in the show, but he’s treated them pretty callously.
How long have they been in the game?He came in at the start of February, so he's still new.
Are they doing any kind of work around Avagi? I want him to help both with maintenance and researching the library!

-Caesar's had major experiences with sentient AI going malicious and dangerous, and he has no experience with positive sentience! I need synthetic life forms to either refute or reinforce the expectation of more evil=sentience around him. He could potentially go either way. Got any heroics? Got any horrible logic taken to extremes that’s obviously going to hurt someone? Let's go.
-I want him to withhold information or research that people should know about, and I want him to either learn to communicate or face the consequences of not doing so.
-I want something he’s working on or doing to screw someone over. They could get injured, mutated, traumatized, whatever you want!
-He loses a lot in the show, and his coping strategy seems to be ‘ignore stuff until it goes away’. I want this to not work with something and for him to actually have to deal with it.
Specific CR requests? He needs science-friends, common-sense friends, enablers, coworkers, enemies, people who want his expertise, victims of his work--he’s still starting out, so I’m not picky!
