It is literal, but like any spa treatment it fades over time. Haha. So Bucky will look eleven.

It depends on how you want to spin it. Since it's to make the person look and feel younger, they would do special treatments to de-age skin or they would replace parts to make someone that isn't organic appear younger. You can go whatever way you want with it.

Since Deacon surgically gets himself a new face every year or two, would the spa treatment make his current face look 10 years younger, or would he temporarily have the face he had ten years ago (ie--a completely different face).
