Who is this character? Clara Oswald from Doctor Who
Tell us something about them. Tiny little angry and fierce time traveller who's a little too involved, bossy, and egocentric for her own good. Close CR may or may not say she's a needy game player with control freak tendencies. But she's adorable and masks it all by being bubbly so it balances out.
How long have they been on the Moira? Two very long months
What have they been doing? Working in the gardens, doing way too much of her intelligence operative position, forcing her way into being a part of too many things, and she's currently undergoing a breakdown due to the past month of events. Sorry, Clara.
What do they think of the captains? She is so bitter about recent events that she thinks very little of them at the moment.
Have they figured out a plan of action? She won't be doing very well after the last event, so her plan of action going into August will honestly be trying to rest and repair some of the physical and mental ailments she's currently going through.
Is there something specific your character wants to do? Get all the information on everyone and keep all of it as secure and useful as possible. You never know when it might come in useful. She also will probably gain an interest in teaching since it will be calming.
Got plans for the next month? I'd like to get some new CR going and strengthen what she already has! I'm going to be playing it easy in August, depending on event things. She's had a rough month in July and needs a break.
What about plans over all? I'd like to just get her in a place where I can dive more into her dark side. The second half of July has been really good at helping me be able to do that and I'd like to go more in depth with it to show how vindictive and calculating she can be.
Specific CR? Friends, enemies, people she can banter with, people she can butt heads with, people to flirt with, for fun, people she can mother hen and take care of.

I would too! I think Anakin has the potential to be a very good grounding force for her - especially if grandson decides to start manipulating the dark side she has.

I sucked by taking that long hiatus, but I still want Girl and Clara to do stuff. I just imagine Girl would love any and all of Clara's adventure stories and I'd love for them to start getting along to get there.

Maybe a meeting in the gardens? Girl plays there a lot with the kittens so maybe it would give them a reason to run back into each other.

Clara will tell Girl all of the stories, but they will come along with attempts at taking care of her I am sorry Girl. But she will get her to help make souffles, make sure she's eating and doing things like bathing.
