Who is this character? Rey from that movie about a war in the stars.
Tell us something about them. Rey is stubborn, loyal, and better with machines than people. She does her best to regularly interact with people on the ship since they're all stuck here, but she still gives off that lone wolf vibe more often than not. She's actually pretty compassionate and sympathetic, even if she tries to hide it. Rey cares, which she sees as her biggest weakness. She's just been kidnapped and forced into slavery, so she's a little uh, fragile right now and needs to prove to herself that she's just as strong as she's ever been.
How long have they been on the Moira? Since April, so like four months.
What have they been doing? Rey works as a transport tech in the transport bay and works on the ships. She spends quite a bit of time in the engine bay and the gardens, when not at work or on her own floor. She's kind of a loner, but has been branching out a bit because hey, if she's stuck here, might as well meet some people.
What do they think of the captains? Ehhh pretty suspicious and distrustful.
Have they figured out a plan of action? Rey has been flip-flopping between stealing a ship and trying to find her way home and just sticking it out, but is leaning more towards the latter after her kidnapping. This isn't a universe she wants to be caught alone in.
Is there something specific your character wants to do? She's working on her Jedi training, and is actually pretty interested in learning about other worlds.
Got plans for the next month? She'll be recovering from her forced slavery, but nothing else is concrete yet.
What about plans over all? Some day, Rey will be a half decent Jedi.

Who is this character? Nathan Drake. Most people call him Nate.

Tell us something about them. He's been a professional thief/treasure hunter for a couple of decades now and is pretty good at both, but one is more of a lifestyle and one is a calling--it's the adventure and exploration and discovery he loves way more than just taking things that aren't his. After his obsessive focus on living up to the legacy of his supposed ancestor, Sir Francis Drake, nearly destroyed his marriage and got him killed a whole bunch, Nate began contemplating retirement before getting Space Kidnapped. His wife is also onboard and they've been dealing with marital strife recently, but hopefully this month will be better on that front.

How long have they been on the Moira? Two months.

What have they been doing? Nate did some pickpocketing to make himself feel better immediately after arrival but has been generally law-abiding since then. During the Caducan attack, he was a member of the offense team and tried to use his experience sneaking around to break into their shit during negotiations, but that failed. His day job is a general ed/language teacher despite not having finished middle school. Last month, he had a huge fight with his wife and splashed his drama all over the network in a drunk post. Then medical complications sent Elena into cryo right after, so he's been kind of a wreck but channeled his frustration at not being able to help her into doing some rescuing on the slave outpost.

What do they think of the captains? Fairly neutral. He doesn't trust them but he doesn't have a real reason to dislike or act against them.

Have they figured out a plan of action? It wouldn't be his first choice of residences, but when he's not fretting over his wife or dealing with the occasional shitty thing that happens to the crew, he is genuinely intrigued by getting to explore different planets and to a degree the ship itself. But he knows space is way beyond him, so he's mainly living his life and feeling things out still.

Is there something specific your character wants to do? When not dealing with personal or event-related drama, he's kind of into the teaching thing despite not being qualified. He also wants to find cool shit to climb. He's a simple man in some respects.

Got plans for the next month? If there's a calm period, he's going to invite people to attend a special movie night where they can learn about some of the history of his version of Earth through a popular television show. What he's actually inviting them to do is come watch DVDs of his wife's history/archeology TV show that he got in the mail.

What about plans over all? There is nothing I want more than a gang of cross-canon thieves to pull a heist at some point. Aside from that, Nate is figuring out who he is now that he's not trying to be a professional descendant of Francis Drake. It's just a little harder to do in space.

Specific CR? Positive and negative CR are both extremely welcome, as Nate is a wiseass and can be a dick and not everyone will like that. Scoundrels, people from Earth history, explorers, artists and people who like art are all especially good, but I also like seeing what random CR sticks, so I have no entry requirements. If your character is from a more unrealistic canon (not sure if that's the right word, since Uncharted is hardly realistic, but I'm thinking robots, a lot of anime characters etc.) and you want a somewhat normal dude to have his mind blown, Nate is your guy.

Who is this character? Call him Ryuuzaki. He's from Death Note. His real name is L, but he would rather that didn't get around.

Tell us something about them. L is a workaholic detective who started as a child prodigy and never burned out. He's paranoid and often very private, but has a tendency to be invasive towards people he finds interesting, specifically if he thinks they're up to something.

His morality is pretty grey: he will get his hands dirty to an extent for the greater good. He may also choose not to stick his neck out. He is not especially honest, but he always has a reason for any given lie; self-preservation is the most common one.

Death Note is set on a fairly normal version of Earth, but L came out of 2+ years in Ataraxion, which involved a seemingly-haunted spaceship with a lot of horrific phenomena that he couldn't shield himself from. He was a department head there and did a lot of hacking and electronics work. His time there means he's slightly more sociable, more accepting of things like magic and aliens, and more beaten-down than he would be fresh from canon, but otherwise should be as expected.

His eccentric body language and love for coffee and sweet foods might draw attention. He should initially seem pretty mild-mannered, but dry, sarcastic wit and a cynical worldview should come out in extended interactions. His relaxed demeanor hides his hardness.

He's in his late 20s and looks it.

How long have they been on the Moira? 5 months (since March).

What have they been doing? Creeping on people. Attempting to assemble more detailed information about the entire situation than already exists (and is pretty open about this). Trying to get people to work together.

What do they think of the captains? He sees them more as allies than as enemies, and for the time being he's inclined to take their side, but feels that they're probably hiding a lot of somethings. He believes that the crew is unlikely to survive long-term without their help. He thinks they could do some things much better but hasn't really told them so yet.

Have they figured out a plan of action? Long-term plan is not to die. He will generally go with the flow and respond to events as they happen.

Is there something specific your character wants to do? Probably get involved in learning more about the ship -- careful exploration and so on, when game plot allows for it.

Be up in your character's business, especially if that business might have broad negative effects on other crew members, especially if that involves him or anyone he likes. He will try to be relatively subtle about it. He may also want to look in on your character if they seem like an interesting person: he might be intrigued by their abilities or background.

Got plans for the next month? A lot of it depends on plot, but I want to expand his social web far beyond where it is now. Also, a new, unrelated version of someone he was close to in his previous game will be arriving, so he'll probably have some emotional stuff going on. He recently shot a bunch of people out of necessity and is also processing that.

What about plans over all? L is in it for the long haul, so: surviving and thriving, getting home alive in one piece. In the process, getting to know more people and monitoring the state of the ship's IC environment, and trying to get people to work together as much as possible. He's not a character who's likely to generate a ton of player plots on his own, but I love to get him involved in other people's and in game plot in general.

Specific CR? First of all, L has a permissions/info survey. I appreciate every comment there: because L is basically a Sherlock Holmes expy with hints of other famous fictional detectives, and also a CRAU, it helps a lot with knowing how to approach other characters in a way that works for their players.

I enjoy most CR, or at least trying it out! Lighter threads are always fun, and not everything has to turn into a long-term storyline.

However, I'm always especially seeking "serious adult CR" for this character, because it's what he needs to be grounded in a game setting. The field the potential CR was involved in in their canon, and whether or not they're chronologically an adult, is less important than their relative maturity and intelligence, insight, or strategic ability. They don't have to have a mature persona at all times, just a mature approach to crises and/or an ability to get down to business when the situation calls for it. I'm mentioning this mainly because lighter CR comes to me easily and seriously does make my day; it's the more srs bsns stuff that I have to seek out, but it's usually rewarding on both sides.

If your character is active/visible in this way, this character would already have his eye on them.

I'm also always looking for long-term/sustained CR: if a game clicks, I tend to try to stick with it until the end. You don't have to, but if you are that type, it's a bonus!

Some other ideas:

- Roommates: Anyone L shares living space with. Room neighbors, too.
- Co-workers: Anyone he works with directly, anyone who has apparent authority. Tower, other Intelligence Ops, Stealth Ops, etc.
- People who investigate things in their canons: Other detectives, cops, spies, adventurers, hackers, con men, whatever. Also inventors and scientists: not exactly his milieu, but just to the left of it. He was raised by an inventor, those kinds of skills are useful to call on, etc.
- People who like to weigh in on in-game events: Do they like to be involved in and discuss and even IC-ly theorize about game plot? Are they visible as people interested in ship politics and leadership?
- Potential allies who are physically stronger than him: Helpful in a crisis.
- People who want to do martial arts training: They can practice together.
- Caring friends: He doesn't think he needs them, but he does.
- Cute girls: He has a canonical weakness for them and is not good at flirting.

Tell us something about them. Look, it's a cinnamon roll that has somehow managed to survive the apocalypse. Glenn aggressively hangs onto hope and the importance of continuing to believe. Still has regular internal moral struggles. He's married, super devoted to his wife, and they're expecting their first child. Not that any of that is applicable now that he's here. He'll be cautious - he is very traumatized, but he's kind, ridiculously loyal, and protective, and he'll try to make the best of everything.

How long have they been on the Moira? Arriving this round!

What have they been doing? He just got here, so. I DUNNO. Before that he'd just been abducted, oops.

What do they think of the captains? NO CLUE

Have they figured out a plan of action? NOPE

Is there something specific your character wants to do? He wants someone to untie him and he wants this ship to step on it so he can get back to Maggie it is important you guys.
In more immediate circumstances, he will be rooming in Nomo #005; I should warn roommates ahead of time that he may be a bit cagey at first. And he will be working as an Intelligence Operative.

Got plans for the next month? He's just getting here, so you know. Settling. Coming to terms with all of this wtf-ery.

What about plans over all? He's going to have to come to terms with being without Maggie, the perpetual uncertainty that is his survival, not knowing about some other universe that apparently all his people know about, being ahead of most of them by a bunch and having some very ominous dark things hanging over him. Plus, he just took his first (and second) human lives, that's kind of still weighing on the dude a bit.

Specific CR? Okay, hang on here, I have a VERY SPECIFIC REQUEST. Glenn is going to be stumbling through the Ingress bound and gagged. He will need someone to help him with that and it seems like it could be a great conversation starter before he gets anywhere at all. I would love to grab someone, preferably some potential cross-canon CR that would have reason the be at the Ingress at the precise moment of arrival, to intercept him as he definitely stumbles forward rather ineffectively.
Generally: Glenn will need lots of friends, traumatized people to bond with, is practice dad-ing a lot so will probably need to adopt a kid or two, and various other things idk.

Who is this character? Dr. Adrien Arbuckal is one of your ship physicians; for which I feel I should apologize. He is an original character and greater detail can be found on his application.
Tell us something about them. In a nutshell:

He's an extreme introvert, he just does not do peoples well and insists he's rubbish ... even thought his actions sometimes suggest otherwise.

He's a work-a-holic. Even though he has a hate/hate/love relationship with his role as a doctor he tends to live in the MedBay and actually takes his patients' health and well being very seriously. But he's more a blunt instrument than a delicate touch when it comes to delivering hard truths.

Survivor's Guilt. He suffers from survivor's guilt something fierce. First in relation to the death of his beloved sister Amette and then due to having blown up a few planets ... whoops.

He's an emotionally constipated train wreck. He really is. He's crap about talking and as such internalizes everything, but I really want to start trying to yank him out of this. More on that further down.

His military to the core. His brief period of happiness in his life was when he was with his world's military. He loves military life, lives and breaths it, even though he was forced into civilian life long ago.

He doesn't sleep, loves coffee. Honestly if you cut him you'd find coffee in his veins.

He LOVES puzzles. Seriously he may not socialize in the traditional sense but it's easy to catch him out, in a small corner of a busy lounge, working on a puzzle.
How long have they been on the Moira? He was on the Moira at the start of the game, has his memories from that time and he returned in the beginning of June. He's been aboard the ship for the stop at the Collective, the Caducian attack, the Ingress malfunction/glass situation and now the current jump to the Runoff and the slaver outpost.
What have they been doing? I mentioned the work-a-holic right?

One of the first things he did was go on a huge shopping spree for Medical. This included picking up some items that he's hoping to R&D into equipment for the Moira crew.

Given the recent events, he was running himself ragged with slamming into dead ends for the whole glass situation.

Most recently he was captured by slavers on the Outpost. Though he was used to treat the prized champions of murder sports, his attitude required a little adjustment so he's carrying some pretty significant contusions on his back and torso.
What do they think of the captains? After a month + with them he is still willing to accept them at face value. He doesn't trust, anyone so that's not really an issue but he does worry that the captains are very, VERY green and in over their heads. He'd also like to know what the Caducian's meant ... the previous Moira crew.
Have they figured out a plan of action? At the moment his plan of action is survival and the survival of the crew. To this end, he's been trying to work closely with the rest of the Medical staff and also get an idea of what is going on across the ship as a whole.

He's got some projects that he's been meaning to work on but events keep interrupting him. The biggest is to develop a diagnostic tool to be worked into the MIDs to help keep track of crew vitals. I've gotten permission to work on this project and bring a final proposal to the mods, so if there are ideas that crop up ICly during development, I'm open to this being a cross department endeavor!!
Is there something specific your character wants to do? Adrien would say keep to himself. He still believes he just wants to keep his head down, focus on his little corner of the ship and toddle along. Problem is at his core, he wants the crew to survive, which translates into getting more and more engaged in their well fare.
Got plans for the next month? MOAR MEDICAL CR!!! Seriously, please bring me your sick, injured, accident prone. I love medical CR.

I'm also hoping to toss him at more 'down time' scenario logs and interactions. June and July afforded some fantastic opportunities for building plotty CR and I'd like to work at carrying that over to more social stuff. Adrien will hate it but he's getting out voted.
What about plans over all? Help strengthen Medical to be as supportive as it can be to the crew and ... survive. Maybe solve a mystery along the way, just because he can't turn away from a puzzle.
Specific CR? Medical CR ... I can't repeat that enough really.

I would really like to work on friends or at least a social circle for him. Maybe try to get him to talk about some of what's weighing him down (and there is a lot!!) but I do this usually through tossing characters together and just seeing how they develop ICly. So hoping to hit up some open social log opportunities.

There will be gifs in coming but first on a serious note, Adrien has some deep issues with Survivor's Guilt, Guilt in general, Grief and a background with some very dark elements to it through his prior game development. I understand that some folks won't want to go down darker paths when threading with him so please feel free to let me know this here on my HMD/OOC contact.

What have they been doing? He's been told he's going to be facilitating the cleanliness of the Moira's windows. This is going to be fun...
What do they think of the captains? He's currently indifferent, though he's mildly annoyed at his new job.
Have they figured out a plan of action? For the time being, he's going to observe day-to-day operations and survive as necessary. He's not there to make waves. Yet.
Is there something specific your character wants to do? Just learn about space and life on the ship, really. Maybe get another damn job. Find a pool table for training purposes. He has his priorities straight.

Is secretly a smoldering pile of human wreckage but the goal is for nobody to figure that out. Decent guy if you can get past his everything else.
How long have they been on the Moira? Two months!!
What have they been doing? Dealing with the Caducan mess, watching a whole lotta people die, fighting off a whole lotta people, dealing with the glass mess (both the ship itself and his arc reactor and a couple of people with wrecked cybernetic parts...). The glassified arc reactor finally fritzed out on him, which is why he ended up in cryo for a few weeks. HE'S HAVING A GRAND OLD TIME. He'll be popping out of cryo on the first with a freshly functioning reactor and a bad mood.
What do they think of the captains? suck at your jobs less
Have they figured out a plan of action? Aggressively attempting to Not Die. THAT'S ABOUT IT FOR NOW.
Is there something specific your character wants to do? Dig up dirt on the Ingress. Dig up dirt on the Captains. Draw up decent schematics for engineering. Fortify the ship so that it's not so easily invaded by any old band of grudewankers. That sorta thing.

Who is this character? Garrus Vakarian the Awkward Space Dinosaur, of Mass Effect fame!
Tell us something about them. Garrus is an alien raptor man with half a face who's kind of a loose cannon cop type. He struggles under strict authority and bureaucracy and has a tendency to be impulsive, and he really just wants to get stuff done. He wants to go around righting wrongs and making the galaxy a getter place and when being a spacecop apparently made this difficult he quit to be the best friend of a space secret agent and then saved the galaxy a couple times. He is also a giant embarassing dork. He's post-ME2 from a worldstate with a Paragon MShep, and yes, he is very confused. Very confused.
How long have they been on the Moira? BRAND SPARKLING NEW.
What have they been doing? Being incredibly grumpy about the loss of his sniper rifle and immediately starting to investigate into the ship and it's tech.
What do they think of the captains? Suspiscious AF, but he knows well enough to understand that listening to them ( to an extent ) is basically his only option at the moment. He doesn't quite think they're malicious at the moment but sure isn't given to trust everything he's been told.
Have they figured out a plan of action? He literally just showed up, but mostly his immediate plan would be to try and re-establish contact with the Normandy ( not gonna work ) or find anyone he knows that has also ended up here ( GOING TO WORK KIND OF? ) while making use of his omnitool to learn as much about the ship's tech as possible. He's apparently supposed to be an inventor, so he needs to learn about the tech here anyway.
Is there something specific your character wants to do? Right now no but maybe eventually he'll want to do a thing? He's brand new okay.
Got plans for the next month? I'll mostly just be settling him in and letting him get used to the place.
What about plans over all? For Garrus to slowly charm his way into everyone's lives I guess! Being an inventor is kind of an awesome thing for him because he'd probably do that on his own anyway and now that's his actual assigned job. I'd love to have him learn about tech from other worlds and get to making lots of dumb useless shit but also some useful stuff here and there for himself and for others. Also like just some sparring partners, people that he can hang out and make dumb jokes with. He's a space cop and he needs his buddy cops.

Tell us something about them. Once upon a time, a mailman got shot in the head by a mobster, so she walked straight up to Vegas, put a bullet in him, raised a robot army, and kicked two armies out of the Mojave. Lesson: Don't fuck with the guy who delivers your mail. She's prone to making very odd decisions like, say, making a robot sheriff of a town or trying to talk back to a dictator. Tell us something about them. Sans is a skeleton monster on the ship (one of three, funnily enough). He's pretty lazy, but mostly just does whatever he can to remain underestimated. Nobody asks you do to do things if they don't know what you're capable of, right?? Right.

He loves science (don't tell anyone), he's pretty smart (don't tell anyone), bad jokes are his vice along with alcohol (you can tell people those things, everybody kinda already knows we just don't talk about it).

How long have they been on the Moira? 8 months now! Though... he was dead for literally the entirety of July, so more like 7 months honestly.

What have they been doing? Being dead, mostly! Sans died in the Caducan invasion and took his sweet time coming back. He was completely absent from the ship for twenty-five days, but appeared in cryo on the 25th and will be waking up on the first. So he's gonna be as out of sorts as you newbies, in a few ways.

Other than that: Sans has been "working" as a janitor until recently; now he has a second job as a substitute teacher! He's probably going to be rolling in late and showing movies until he gets into the swing of things, but I'm excited to see how that will actually get him to take some responsibility.

Other than that, he's been doing some covert work for people, feeling out the awkwardness of dating someone with kids, keeping up with all his weird ship children, SCIENCE, and otherwise being a thorn in the collective side of everyone who is cursed to know him.

What do they think of the captains? He was shockingly cool with them until everything with the Caducans happened. Now he's just... well, he's not a fan.

Have they figured out a plan of action?/Is there something specific your character wants to do? He's GOING to, very soon! Sans has known for some time that there's no home for him to go back to and, thus, not much reason to stay on the Moira other than comfort, stability, and people he likes. Which was kind of enough until everything that went down in last month's plot. Now, he doesn't really feel like this place is safe for him and his brother (his brother is the big sticking point, honestly).

So... he's going to be planning his departure! OOCly, I am nowhere near ready to leave the game, so I'm going to be stretching it out over the course of a loooong time. Maybe even to endgame, if I make it. But essentially, I want to do stuff with slowly building a ship, acquiring MAPS (or just... general map making things), doing shady dealing with the people of the Runoff to get parts, stealth stuff. AND SANS ACTUALLY CAN'T DO MOST OF THAT, so I really want to involve whoever is interested. And, y'know, if your character is in a similar situation, maybe they can buy passage with a few favors?

For my own personal enjoyment, I want to avoid using the mailbag resources as much as possible so... Basically a bunch of IC trading, science, engineering, stealth, SPACE BOTONY, reading boring flight manuals, you name it. Yay player plots!

Tell us something about them. A former prince of monsters who's a kindhearted boy, but known for being a crybaby. He's a sensitive kid who's gone through a lot of trauma in his life and is still working through it. He's very secretive and hides a lot of himself in front of others. He has a mountain of self-worth issues and lacks a lot of confidence.

How long have they been on the Moira? About six months

What have they been doing? Asriel recently got a job as a transporter pilot, but his piloting has been interrupted by July shenanigans which left a pretty deep mark on him. The refugees who boarded the Moira in early July ended up killing all of his castmates, which caused him to absorb some of the souls of the dead refugees and use the power of those souls to go on a rage-fueled murder spree. The result of his murder spree left him with the horrified realization of how easy it was for him to turn to violence.

Asriel also had his identity disk edited by Clu, in which Clu edited Asriel to like him more. Not much else has changed with his disk, except that instead of saying "humans" he says "users" now.

LASTLY there was the slavery event. Asriel ended up at the Outpost, got himself captured and sold off into hard labor. He was there for a little over a week before being rescued. He was treated like a literal animal for his entire stay, being kept in a cell meant for livestock and fed actual garbage and just generally abused by his captor. The incident was scarring enough that even after being rescued, he still remains withdrawn and terrified of everything.

What do they think of the captains? He feels a kind of helpless anger towards them, but he doesn't really know what to do about it.

Have they figured out a plan of action? After recent events, Asriel is deeply unhappy with being on the Moira. But he's also too scared to leave it. As such, he probably follows around his family and people he feels the safest around without trying to venture out too much.

Is there something specific your character wants to do? Not much. Right now he's trying to conquer his fears of getting taken away and ending up back in slavery, and generally sticking close to his family or doing whatever he can to feel safe again.

Got plans for the next month? Basically have Asriel deal with all the shit that went down in July, getting him out more and start healing from the massive amounts of trauma that was dumped on him.

What about plans over all? Asriel's positive development got set back by a lot. He's currently trying to deal with the fallout of him killing without mercy and not being able to take it back. He's generally got some pretty nasty self-loathing and self-worth issues, and the recent event pretty much stripped away his sense of personhood. So ideally, I want for him to work back up to feeling like he can stand up for himself and that he doesn't have to be afraid if he speaks up for himself.

Specific CR? People who can help Asriel pick up the pieces and get him acting like his old self again. He's pretty withdrawn right now, so any characters who can try to get him to come out of his shell, enthusiastic or social types who can drag him out into stuff whether he wants it or not. People who can smother him with friendship and kindness too!

Or just people who are willing to lay on the ground and feel like garbage with him are also fine.

Who is this character? This is Soldier: 76 from Overwatch.
Tell us something about them. Once upon a time 76 was the product of an American super soldier program. He helped stop the Robot Uprising with some other guys and was given command of a global peacekeeping force called Overwatch, which he lead for like twenty years. Things were pretty good, until they weren’t. The organization started falling apart, there was some internal corruption and stuff, and he had a big fight with his bff where they both got exploded and were presumed dead. BUT HE’S NOT DEAD. He’s angry and vaguely traumatized and is now a shady vigilante out for revenge. Personality-wise he’s kind of difficult (blunt, sardonic, generally ornery, a little bit dead inside, punches first asks later), sorry. He’s assigned to Nomo #024 and is, like, the window guy, and also will never take his mask off. I threw together a quick little info/permissions post over here if that helps you out.
How long have they been on the Moira? BRAND NEW!!!
What have they been doing? Nothing yet! I guess we’ll find out…on MONDAY. Probably he’s going to try to fight the first person he sees, because he has been compromised and kidnapped. He’s mad about being here because his Revenge Quest has been interrupted, so he’ll be looking for people who can fill him in on what this is all about. Gonna get informed first, then maybe start making connections and figure out what happens next.

It's canon that she was an ugly duckling. When she was younger and not so pretty her mother told her that because she could not skate by on her good looks that she should focus on forming relationships with other people to succeed in life.

What have they been doing? Dutch has been working as a welding tech. In her spare time she's been drinking socially and trying to organize card games with others aboard the Moira.
What do they think of the captains? She's wary about them, but puts some measure of trust in them.
Have they figured out a plan of action? Dutch has decided to keep working and going with the flow until a better solution presents itself.
Is there something specific your character wants to do? Dutch wants more entertainment, specifically a casino, but that's unlikely so she sticks to her card games.

Tell us something about them. Ex-cop from a cyberpunk Detroit in the far-off year of 2027 who worked physical security at one of the world's leading biotech companies, nearly died in an attack on its headquarters, then got the Robocop treatment thanks to a sketchy clause in his employee contract. He's bit more than half-machine now, loaded up with the highest-end tech available, and really does wear those sunglasses pretty much 100% of the time. He's taciturn, emotionally distant, pretty touchy about his new appearance (though he's getting better about it) and has had some real issues with trusting the wrong people – but despite his (almost comically awful) past, he's a pretty selfless guy who'd go out of his way to help someone in need. A truth-seeker we have not seen the likes of since Fox Mulder.
Also: judging by his apartment, if left to his own devices he'd subsist on nothing but beer, whiskey, and sugary breakfast cereals (I wish I could make this up.) Someone help this man live like a normal human adult.

How long have they been on the Moira? Zero hours and none minutes (unless the TDM counts? Not sure how that fits into the timeline in relation to the official intro log!)

What have they been doing? Weird paranoia-inducing meteor made him a little paranoid, and he made a couple of "friends" by totally jumping them in a dark hallway. Besides that, he's been assigned to cargo bay duty (that's what he gets for having super cool robot arms I guess!!) so probably expect to see him and his super cool robot arms around there!

What do they think of the captains? So far he doesn't have a reason not to trust them– but that doesn't exactly mean he does trust them. The extremely small sample size he polled during the TDM told him they're kind of incompetent and might have their own agenda, so... Apart from the "incompetent" part, nothing he's not unfamiliar with. Adam's paradoxically bad with authority figures while also operating best under some form of direction – it's best for him if everyone he's talked to is wrong and the captains turn out to be good leaders!

Have they figured out a plan of action? Waiting and seeing, mostly. Things tend to shake up around him, so he could end up being someone trying to effect change depending on how things go in his first few weeks.

Is there something specific your character wants to do? Get himself really familiar with the ship, its leadership, and anyone else who plays a major role in its day to day workings. See a planet (because holy crap, it's a new planet.) Probably get out of the cargo bay at some point because, even though the physical labor is kind of relaxing on one level, he's an Action Man at heart.

Got plans for the next month? Brand new here, so I'm just looking to establish some CR! 8)

What about plans over all? Tbh, Adam from the beginning of his canon to his current canonpoint is melancholic, a little angsty, and definitely has some major unresolved issues with himself and pretty much everything that happened to him over the course of the game. It'll take some time, but I'd like to move him along to the more confident, self-accepting, self-determining person he ends up being further down the road. Forcing him to get close to people, to trust them, and to stop pushing them away all the time will be a start!

Specific CR? Definitely would like some of the following!
△ One or two people who he can trust to get familiar with his augmentations – someone who can help him get them up to date (since a lot of his systems are going to be a little confused by not being on the planet Earth) and who he can go to whenever they get damaged. Cyberneticists, people in biotech, maybe even computer geniuses, etc. He doesn't exactly have an instruction manual for how all of his stuff operates, so it could be a challenge for any of the folks who like those!

What have they been doing? IN CRYO RIGHT NOW (hiatus till August 18th!!!), but before that! A ton of different things! Saving a lot of people, drinking, fighting, solving people's problems, putting her nose where it doesn't belong, encouraging good decisions, humor, and crew cohesiveness.

What do they think of the captains? Sympathetic, but there's only so many bad judgement calls that can be made before crew start to seriously consider the leading capabilities of their leaders. She's annoyed at them, and annoyed at herself for being annoyed at them. She thinks a lot about volunteering to help run the ship, but demurs due to only having been here four months, when some people have been here a lot longer.

Have they figured out a plan of action? She's truly settled down into a routine on the Moira, very comfortable. So that's awful. She's getting mad itchy feet, and when I bring her back I'd really like to do something cool with her, even if it's just a big ship-wide player event. How about a party? Ship-wide party? How long have they been on the Moira? Around half a year

What have they been doing? He's currently a location scout, meaning he's supposed to check out areas before the rest of the crew touch down. He lives in Mero #010, is also supposed to be on the cleaning crew and spends a lot of time running around the ship. Recently:

-He was stuck in cryo for most of June and missed the big fight/glass explosion with Caducus Secondary
-Before that he got into another fight with Rinzler he still hasn't told anyone about
-He's feeling some kind of way that the Captains elected to kill the invaders after all the Peter/Rinzler nonsense
-He was one of the crew members sent to the slave outpost during the Ingress malfunction. He's not handling it well
-Still a little freaked out by Pietro
-Generally just been a mess

Have they figured out a plan of action? Draw less attention to himself, try to be a productive crew member and make life easier for his family. Let's see how long that lasts

Is there something specific your character wants to do? Peter just wants some friends and to stop getting jumped by robots. Also to never be sold again. Maybe some more junk food in his life. He's an easy kid to please.

Got plans for the next month?

-Peter is going to embarrass himself by drunkenly trying to ask out J in front of friends.
-Actually get a date with J!
-Manage to crash land that plane into a pile of flames when he gets into a massive, nasty fight with J
-Settling things with Pietro, yay
-I'd love for him to actually cause a bit of trouble staging a break-in on a planet, dragging some friends into stealing from some business or something
-Alternatively they end up on a planet with civilization and Peter/other kids crash some house party. Something light hearted and fun (requires a planet stop that won't kill everyone)
-More of him dealing with the trauma of the original Rinzler fight.

What about plans over all? Peter is getting pushed towards another low point with his relationship with J blowing up, but ultimately it's going to help him in the long run. I want to see him grow past some of his insecurities and bad habits to become a better or at least healthier person. At some point I want to have him start therapy with the groups on ship to get through some of the things he's been repressing (panic attacks from the Rinzler fight, self esteem issues tied into Pietro, etc) and work through his guilt over what happened to J. Also to find out about Erik and deal with that.

And break his legs someday. Just cause.

Specific CR?

-Robot/cybernetic/non-organic CR! Peter might hate robo-kind right now but I think having him be forced into situations where he works with non-organics and has to befriend them will help him come to terms with how wrong he'd being. Alternatively, give me all the negative non-organic CR to muddy the water and make his journey a little harder to get through.

-Negative CR in general. I love negative CR. Does your character want to fight a teenager? I'm here for it. We will find a reason for it to happen. We can work it out to make his ridiculous powers a moot point for the purposes of the fight, if you like! I do like to keep things even.

-Someone for him to train with. He did little with Yata, but someone make this kid learn how to fight

-Friends his own age. Bring me your teenagers and young twenty somethings. They can hangout and listen to his cassette tapes while gossiping about the 'adults'.

-Someone to run interference for him and J. After their blow up, we'd love someone to step in and help these kids realize how toxic they're being to each other. Their 'thing' is rife with issues and they could use an adult to make them see what they're doing to each other.

Tell us something about them. Former child sidekick turned grownup masked vigilante/professional do-gooder/paranoid masked basket case. He’s also a rookie cop!
How long have they been on the Moira? fresh meat
What have they been doing? N/A
What do they think of the captains? Dick’s had a few previous surprise space adventures in canon and for the time being he’s willing to take at least some of what they say at face value. He’s also pretty suspicious and paranoid by nature, so he’ll be sneaking around a lot in his off time and attempting to dig up more information so that he can draw more of his own conclusions from there. He’ll be very interested in the opinions of basically anyone who’s been on the Moira longer than he has.
Have they figured out a plan of action? SEE ABOVE
Is there something specific your character wants to do? He’s going to take his duties as Head Field Medic So Seriously, I apologize in advance. He’ll be looking to connect with other people in that department to learn what kind of training system they have going on and figure out how he can help more aggressively and feel free to help me out with this on the OOC front too. He’ll also likely be asking for additional medical training from anyone more skilled than he is.
Got plans for the next month? Inactivity is his ultimate kryptonite so he’ll be looking for distractions, looking for problems to fix and names to take, and eager to make new friends in his own friendly but fairly dishonest way. He’ll be making a network post early on, sometime after the intro log.

Specific CR? Friendships, bromances, sparring partners, people to adopt and be adopted by. He’s a great friend, but for dumb secret ID-related reasons it can take him a while to open up about pretty much every actual important thing in his life. He’s a much better listener overall, tbh. I’d love for him to make a few friends who either learn his dumb secret via basic deductive observation or that he eventually builds enough trust with to open that up to note that option one is easy mode by far. I’m always down for negative CR too, particularly with people who might challenge his many 100% inflexible moral codes.

Dick also tends to get along well with kids and teens, particularly kids and teens with rough backgrounds and/or who’ve chosen to fight for justice in some way. He’ll be missing his little bro like crazy, pls let him fuss over you in Tim’s absence.

Who is this character? Anakin Skywalker | The War in Our Stars
Tell us something about them. 22-year-old religious prodigy/effective teenager space general with a penchant for heretical anger and a guilt complex the size of the Death Star. Confirmed heavy breather.
How long have they been on the Moira? Five months.

What have they been doing? Anakin is effectively a walking trash fire right now. While the last few months have been a lot: finding out he has children in the future he hasn't even thought of (and those children having children of their own, why this?), going through the Alter-Ingress to different pieces of his "future" to start to put together why said kids hadn't ever really heard of him, watching his Order die, and then finding out that that's all his fault? #VADERGATE is still a Sword of Damocles up here, but he's trying to do here, now, what he can to avoid it. Sadly, it seems, the family drama is very House of Atreus is an inheritance.

(In simpler ship terms, he's still a transport pilot and is very frequently found on the flight deck, or observation if he's trying to pretend at meditating; the stars help.)

What do they think of the captains? His thoughts have largely shifted from vague mistrust to outright dismissal (honestly, this is not how you run a ship), but he's leaning pretty heavily right now on simply "out of their league." Honestly, he doesn't actually wish that responsibility on anyone, but he's at least coming to accept the presence as one that isn't avoidable, and is, largely, necessary.

Have they figured out a plan of action? Right now, Anakin has absolutely no desire to get home. What he needs right now is a plan of action, but that has nothing to do with the defection he'd once flippantly considered. This galaxy is an even more treacherous place than his own, and if he's got a whole galaxy worth of destiny to alter, he needs to consider how to go about it. His family is fractured, and while he's made vague (and pretty pitiful, really) attempts at trying to feel it out, he has no idea what to do with that either. He's married, but isn't. Is a father, but isn't. Has no idea how to even approach being a grandfather, but is held up to it anyway.

In terms of the game, in order to try to better understand and even move past this destiny set before him in terms of what's supposed to happen if/when he goes home, he and Obi-Wan (and Ahsoka, because she's stuck with him, sorry, kid) are trying to at least redefine what "Jedi" even means all the way out here where they have no mandate and no Order to instruct, guide, or overcorrect. They've largely started latching onto people who have powers similar to Force use, but as long as there's some demonstrated willingness to help others, welcome to the club, if you want it.

(No, really, I am absolutely happy to start Sav!Jedi Order CR, or at the very least, something that brings attention to your character's abilities, whatever. Anakin can absolutely also be approached about this, it's not anything super strict, we just like the idea of cute mock saber fights, group meditation, and maybe a little ~subterfuge~ later on.)

Is there something specific your character wants to do? See above, but Jedi Order stuff will definitely be on the docket, especially as I'm moving through last event/cast fallout (which is always a thing; don't be shy if you want cross-canon bullshit, I am beyond happy to do it). I'm also happy to do flight training, mechanics training, or even droid stuff if you want it.

What about plans over all? In the long-term, I still eventually want Anakin to face his anger, to better accept that "balance" isn't going to make him look like the sort of Jedi he's been taught to venerate and look up to, and to (at the very least) start beginning to open up better. He's ridiculously tight-lipped about personal details when they hurt, but now that it's becoming more and more obvious that this hurt isn't his alone, there's certainly some opportunity to explore his thought processes, prejudices, and dubious morals.
Specific CR? Nada. If you want something, let's do it. The biggest revelation (sans knowing he kills his wife, maybe?) has already happened, so there's not much new CR can hinder, whatever sort it is. I'm happy to take what you've got. (PLURKGYM)!

Rinzler

Who is this character? Rinzler, from the Tron movies.

Tell us something about them. In Rinzler's universe, every program in every computer is a sentient humanoid running around in a digital world. Rinzler (then Tron) is security software, and used to be a good guy until the villain (Clu) reprogrammed him into his ~evil enforcer~. Rinzler is generally unable to speak or remove his helmet, and makes a constant rrrrrrring sound of code conflict. He's got combat ability through the roof, personhood in the basement, and an utter lack of tact or social skills.

How long have they been on the Moira? Seven months!

What have they been doing? Rinzler's the Transporter Supervisor—he runs things out of the flight deck and takes charge of a lot of the screening and tests for piloting access. He also specializes in getting into trouble. Recently he helped out with ship defense and slaver rescues. He's been having a lot of code issues though, and Clu finally ran out of patience—Rinzler's getting his ass kicked at the end of July.

What do they think of the captains? ...honestly, Rinzler might be the one person whose opinion of them actually improved over the last month. They're still inefficient and terrible at security. But they don't hold back against external threats, and that matters!

Have they figured out a plan of action? Ha, planning. Rinzler's caught in some CR tangles that have him badly off-balance, so he's mostly scrambling to stay afloat. He likes being a part of the Moira, though!

Is there something specific your character wants to do? Someday, somehow, Rinzler would really like to get the captains to stop keeping a virus in the basement. Barring that, he'll stick to trying to stop his CR killing each other.

Got plans for the next month? Rinzler will be going into the next month injured, and I want to push him to get himself fixed sooner rather than later. Since Tron-universe repair involves giving someone access to reprogram your mind as well as body, this will be Hard. Rinzler will turn down most offers, but efforts could still be interesting CR-wise? Yori will also be showing up on the ship (his romantic partner from when he was Tron), so Rinzler's going to be equally muddled and protective about her.

What about plans over all? Rinzler's been on an upward climb from brainwashed murder-slave to real person. He's made a few breakthroughs... which have mostly just landed him in new identity crises. Gonna keep pushing him.

Specific CR? Friends/positive CR have been super helpful, and I'd love to keep developing that, new or old. But! Rinzler's also a casual source of violence and antagonism, and I'm always interested in this getting him in trouble. People who are willing to challenge him in general are great, whether it's getting in a fight or nudging him to think outside his box.

How long have they been on the Moira? since March
What have they been doing? Last month: Han continued to have complicated relationships with his complicated family; backdatingly doing his part to free slaves of both the Moira crew and random NPC variety; got his back turned into glass, but he's better now. His good friend Luke is gone and he's sad about that.
What do they think of the captains? Cautiously mistrusting, but hey, what choice do they have?
Have they figured out a plan of action? Play along until it ceases to be the best course of action. Meanwhile, he's still got family drama to deal with.
