please try to psychoanalyze this pile of trauma and melodrama, emily. he will hate it but i absolutely need it.

...also uh, he's been beat to shit after the events of july, injured like everywhere with new levels of trauma piled on, so you know. if she's interested in fixing him up once he stops being too stubborn to get a medical professional to look at him... there is big opportunity here.

YES GOOD. squeal and bounce up and down emily, scare the shit out of him when he walks in to the medbay. he will promptly request another doctor and she can just shove him into a seat and start fixing this trash man.

the best part about that is he might actually let her. HE TOOK A LOT OF HITS TO THE HEAD THIS MONTH, OKAY. checking for damage might be safe... she can have one brain scan. one.

he probably doesn't, but with everything that's happened in july, including his neural implants turning into glass for a while there, he'll still be willing to sit through a brainscan. just tell him it's necessary, emily. he'll roll with it this one time.

YES GOOD tell him about how much worse the grey is going to get. tell him how he's going to look more like he's 40 by the time he's 30. these are all things he absolutely needs to hear.
