Deacon has actually convinced her all doctors are secretly trying to kill her/harvest her organs, so Emily would have a time trying to tell her otherwise. Girl is kind of terrified of the medbay right now.

But I would love this mess to happen because she would so think Emily is a droid and be ecstatic up until medical talk came up. She might try to show off her robot toys to Emily, be warned. The kid is a nerd.

To be fair, Deacon probably doesn't realize how much of it she's taken to heart (when the poor thing finally got out of cryo and realized the doctors had to look over her, she nearly burst into tears and took off straight for her dad's room).

She will totally be. Her interests involve robots, explosives and she'd probably get interested in science cause they don't have a lot of that in desert wastelands.

It would be a good lesson to learn. She's gonna get hurt someday and it's not like her not!parent actually knows that much about medical care

I know right? Later in canon when she's a teenager she has to deal with superpower crap and everyone dying on her and meeting a god, but she also gets makeovers from her fashionable friend and gets nervous about talking to other teenagers for the first time and gets excited about cats. She's a fun balance between problems even adults would run from and still acting her age.

Kobra is actually hurt now and will probably be getting hurt a lot, so that's a solid plan. she'd like to show him up on how well she can take care of things
