Yes about the face confusion. His last conversation with Charles before he was sent to cryo was yelling and Jean showing up is making him want to see Charles again. So I can imagine him popping up in the medbay to 'check' on the telepath, seeing Adrien and start ranting. He'll be limping so that could prompt the discussion about getting it looked at?

This all sounds like a perfect starting point to me, yes! Do you have a time frame in which you'd like to have it happen? Like, on the intro log or a separate log a little later?
