Frank will be super interested in what L's found out about the ship so far if he realizes L has been collecting information that long, and also potentially qualifies as a physically stronger ally For Crises, although by how much won't immediately be apparent.

The truth is that I'm not completely sure that L has anything that isn't in a lot of the game documentation, because there's stuff that I didn't realize was IC-ly available that I had him Doggedly Pursue for a few months, oops. But he's been visibly asking around, sticking his nose into things, and trying to help out where possible, so the fact that he's very interested in the ship, what's been happening, a timeline, etc -- that should be really obvious anyway. And L can always fill Frank in on stuff that's happened more recently that hasn't necessarily been as well-documented.
