This is probably a stupid question and I'll blame that on needing sleep. Lol. But are they given their thermals or any kind of clothing along with their MID after the medical exam, or no? Because I am hilariously tempted to just let Tony fend for his dignity in the main hall until he finds a blanket to wrap up in. Without his Under Armour, he's stark naked. (Feel free to smack me for that pun.)

Also, would it be possible for Tony to patch the comm in his suit to the MID later on? Not immediately, of course. That one's not really an intro log question, but this is easier than harassing you in two different places with my musings.

Piggybacking Tony's suit question because I forgot I was going to ask something similar pertaining to Wärter and/or Trip's Coil.

To answer your first question, crew receive their uniforms and thermals within the medbay or at some point in the main hall. So, if you really want Tony to be naked, feel free to do so! As for connecting his suit with the MID, it would be possible to link it so it has similar access to network functions, but he would not be able to remove his MID from his person. If he tried, it would disrupt the MID's own functions and put him at risk of losing important information sent to the them regarding planetary excursions or other messages.

Does linking outside technology to the network potentially open either up to being hacked in the future?

The network aboard the Moira isn't resilient to hacking, though any attempts made by outside or foreign parties would be quickly shutdown by preventative measures. If there is information Trip doesn't want found by other members of the crew, it would be advisable not to store them on a device linked to the MID.

He won't be taking off the MID, he's pretty okay with it. I was. Just considering future things, as if he ever got his suit fully functional. And needed to use it for whatever reason, he could still communicate through the MID to someone while wearing it. Or communicate with FRIDAY through the MID or something. I was just brainstorming. And now I'm rambling, sorry!
